Guzel means beautiful & this truly describes the villa with its own private pool, it is positioned on the peaceful hillside with panoramic views overlooking Kalkan Village & the Bay.

The villa has been built to an extremely high standard with antique marbled floors, featuring limestone walls and spiral staircases to the main bedrooms.

The villa is tastefully furnished and decorated, with air conditioning to provide comfort throughout the villa. The spacious open plan lounge features a stone fireplace and French doors which open onto the large terrace and private swimming pool.

We have fitted a new kitchen for 2023, new Sun loungers and have installed Amazon Echos in all rooms. These are ideal for listening to Uk radio or music using the Spotify account linked to them. We have also installed a new outdoor sofa set in the BBQ area

There is also a Tv with Amazon fire stick setup with a vpn so you can access all the UK TV apps

A weekly maid service is provided and the towels and bed linen are changed weekly. ( beach & sunbed towels not provided).

A welcome pack of bread, cheese, milk, tea & coffee is provided.

Transport by car or minibus can be arranged from the airport to the villa or car hire can be arranged for approx. £30 per day

The dining area seats six and the kitchen is well equipped with large fridge/freezer, electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, washing machine and ample ancillary kitchen items.

The main double bedroom has access from both spiral staircases with en suite shower room, and an extremely large balcony (perfect for that pre dinner tipple) with views overlooking Kalkan bay.

The first floor bedroom has twin beds and is approached by the towers spiral staircase, and has an en suite bath/shower room and large balcony, again with a great view.

The ground floor double bedroom has an en suite bath/shower room and direct access to the terrace.

The private fresh water swimming pool is larger than normal and is illuminated at night and is serviced daily.

The terrace is spacious and well equipped with sun loungers and table to seat eight for meals to be enjoyed outside under the pergola. The terrace has a shaded area with chairs settee coffee table & BBQ

The main balcony seats eight has a barbecue and wonderful views over Kalkan.

Just got back from Villa Guzel. Had a wonderful time. Pool is amazing. Villa had lots of character. Having a echo in every room was a great idea. Hosts were lovely to. Didn't want to come home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vicki (the owner) a message.

If Vicki (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
