Villa Bellevue is a 3 bedroom villa with sea views and good access to the sea. It is in the Club Patara resort, within walking distance of the lovely village of Kalan. it is an ideal spot for a romantic holiday, an activity holiday or a family holiday.

All bedrooms have are light and airy with sea views. All rooms have air conditioning. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and cooker/oven. The bedrooms are airy and comfortable. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are supplied.

There is a 40inch flatscreen television and dvd player in the villa.

Harika ve romantik yerlerle dolu bu ülkede karşılaştığımız en güzel yer, Kalkan köyü oldu. Dolambaçlı sokakları, hoş limanı, restoranları, mağazaları, kafeleri ve konaklama seçenekleriyle misafirperverliğinin kalitesi bizi büyüledi.

Villa Bellevue, geniş bir balkonu ve deniz manzaralı 3 odası olan villamızdır. Çiftler, gruplar ve aileler için ideal bu villada 6 kişi rahatça konaklayabilir. Her yatak odasının kendine ait kliması var ve villada iki banyo ile bir tuvalet bulunuyor. Villadan Kalkan köyüne kısa bir yürüyüşle ulaşabilirsiniz. Villamızda, kablosuz internet, televizyon ve DVD çalar dahil olmak üzere rahatlatıcı bir tatil için ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi bulabilirsiniz.

Seçkin Club Patara Resort’un bir parçası olan Villa Bellevue’de konaklayan misafirlerimiz, kulübün yüzme havuzları, deniz platformları, spa, bar ve restoranlar gibi tüm olanaklarından yararlanabilir.

Kiralama fiyatı, sezon dışında haftada yaklaşık 500 euro, Temmuz ve Ağustos aylarında haftada 850 euro arasındadır. Bu fiyatlar, sterlin değerindedir ve döviz kuruna göre değişiklik gösterir.

This is a lovely villa with fabulous views and breathtaking scenery. Very well placed for great Turkish food with more authentic restaurants close by than in the centre of Kalkan. Two supermarkets close by and fruit stall at the end of the road most days. Close to the Thursday too on a Thursday. Burhan is a huge help and organised amazing trips for us...can recommend the private boat trip he can organise if you love swimming from the boat in beautiful water! The DVDs are good for teenagers who have had enough sun and the hill is walkable for most although taxis are incredibly reasonable. Would recommend and the owners were very helpful prior to our visit

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lou (the owner) a message.

If Lou (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
