If you are feeling more energetic there is table tennis and pool on this level and you can grab some refreshment from the bar which has a fridge. The garden level also has two large bedrooms which have been designed with a coastal feel. One has twin beds (and a good sized single sofa bed which is comfortable for either adults or children). This bedroom has a 42" 3D TV and the latest PlayStation 4. Eight comfortable sun beds for you to soak up the rays, and as the villa is south facing there is ample opportunity. There are also umbrellas to get some shade if you need it. The terrace also has a very large corner sofa set and coffee table along with a large table that seats eight and a smaller six seater table, great if the teenagers would rather have their own space ! Inside the villa on this level is the open plan living room and dining room, well equipped kitchen with a cafe style espresso coffee maker and a breakfast bar island.Again you will notice the coastal theme with gentle colours and a modern contemporary feel, giving you a very relaxed atmosphere to unwind. The first floor has two further double bedrooms one of which is the master bedroom, This really is a room with a view with the bed facing the breath-taking views. It also boasts a large dressing area and a very modern glass walled bathroom with rain and hair washing showers. The second double bedroom has been designed with a tropical feel, with vibrant colours and has a large en-suite shower room again with rain and hair washing shower. All bedrooms have hair dryers and a Bose Bluetooth speaker in the lounge for your iPods and other devices. We provide all bedding, Bathroom towels and separate sun bed towels, also beach towels and beach bags are also included for your convinience.**The villa also has smoke detectors to every floor and a carbon monoxide tester near the kitchen as the hob is gas.

Location description from owner

The Turkish Mediterranean Coast region

A small peaceful Mediterranean resort and fishing town on the beautiful Turquoise Coast of Turkey, Kalkan has been untouched by mass tourism. More sophisticated than the usual resort town, Kalkan appeals to travelers looking for more than a “sun and sea” holiday. According to the Sunday Times, Kalkan attracts the kind of visitor who would also enjoy Tuscany or the Dordogne. The Guardian likens the town to “the Italian Riviera minus the poseurs.”Because of its great charm, Kalkan has a growing number of perennial visitors who say the town is the only holiday destination they would choose to visit repeatedly. There is simply no other town quite like Kalkan along Turkey's coast Kalkan curls around a historic harbour sheltered at the foot of the towering Taurus Mountains The town overlooks a beautiful bay in which islands seem to magically float upon the shimmering sea Narrow streets twist down to the harbour, lined with old whitewashed villas with shuttered windows situated alongside small local specialty shops and restaurants with overhanging carved Ottoman Greek timber balconies garlanded with thick masses of brilliantly coloured bougainvillea cascading to the streets below. It is a very special place with a unique atmosphere Why is Kalkan so special? - Not only is Kalkan beautiful, but unlike other Turkish coastal resort towns Kalkan's main economy is tourism and therefore its citizens put much pride and effort into the town's historic preservation. Because of this, Kalkan has retained the texture of its history by protecting its distinctive Ottoman Greek architecture (it was once an Ottoman Greek and Turkish fishing village). Very strict building codes keep the town small and architecturally blended with the historic heart of the town known as “Old Kalkan”.

“Just as described -amazing!”

Reviewed 16 Apr 2016

Our family of 10 stayed for a week during the Easter break & thoroughly enjoyed it! The villa, weather, location & views were truly breath-taking! I must admit we were all very dubious about travelling to this part of the world, especially with all the current bad press & media scare-mongering but we needn't have worried as we witnessed/experienced nothing that caused us concern. The locals were extremely friendly & welcoming & Ramazan & his wife looked after us well. The surrounding terrain is very rough though and may not be suitable for the elderly or young. Walking down to the Markets is not bad but I highly recommend a taxi back (approx £2.50) or hire a scooter for the day for about £7. Also there are a lot of dogs roaming around freely but most of them are quite harmless. I assume that as we stayed in low season the dogs were there to protect empty villas? There was a fair bit of building work going on in the neighbourhood & the area resembles a 'work in progress' but again I assume this is the case in low season & maybe not so much in busy periods? This said I would highly recommend a visit & I would definitely return! Many thanks to Suzanne for all her help.

Dear Mrs Jasim, thank you very much for the review, I am glad you had a lovely stay, I am also happy that you mentioned the safety of the area, as you say many people who are thinking about holidays in Turkey are concerned but we know Kalkan has experienced no problems at all. Whilst there maybe fewer tourists this year, this will appeal to many who like a quieter, peaceful holiday. We certainly hope we can welcome you again in the future To VillaSeaBreeze. Kind regards Suzanne

The villa is immaculate and had everything a family requires and much more!! The Games Room was a huge hit with the kids and gave them and us their own space to chill and have fun!! A massive thank you to the management team Ramazzan and his wife Songue, nothing was too much trouble !! The views day or night are simply breathtaking and we can't wait to return next year!!! Suzanne was so friendly and helpful and made booking the Villa an easy one-thank you Suzanne.

“We had a wonderful stay a beautiful villa with stunning views”

Reviewed 17 Aug 2015

We stayed at Villa Sea Breeze with a group of friends and it was perfect. The villa is very tastefully decorated and well equipped to cater for all ages and to give everyone plenty of space. The views are amazing and you never tire of looking out at the bay from the infinity pool. The bar, pool table and table tennis area was ideal to keep the adults and kids equally entertained. One evening we booked a chef to come into the villa and cook for the group which was wonderful and I would thoroughly recommend this. We hope we are able to return to Villa Sea Breeze as was one of our best holidays and the accommodation offering was superb a real home from home.

“Villa Sea Breeze”

Reviewed 16 Aug 2015

We have just returned home from a wonderful two week stay at Villa Sea Breeze. We travelled as a group of 6, 2 adults, 3 teenagers and 1 child. The villa was just perfect in every way, we honestly couldn't fault a thing! Suzanne and Jonathan have thought of everything to enable visitors to have a perfect holiday. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, excellent air con (very important in Turkey in August). The outside terraces and pool are a joy to sit at. We made use of the very comfortable sun loungers and outside eating area daily. Ramazan comes daily to tidy up and set up the pool area for the day, which is a lovely touch. The daily maid service was also much appreciated. We enjoyed using the BBQ too. Beach and pool towels were provided too, which was also welcomed. We used a taxi service to go to and from Kalkan town itself, it was just too hot to walk. Taxi's are very cheap at around 15TL and the journey only takes around 7 minutes. It was hand to have a small supermarket nearby for everyday essentials. There are a few larger supermarkets a taxi ride away. We made use of the water dispenser that is provided in the villa, it was fantastic not to have to worry about buying water to drink etc. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and location to family/friends etc, and we are definitely planning a return trip.

“Bliss!”

Reviewed 1 Aug 2015

We arrived ready to recharge our batteries after a busy few months and our teenagers finishing GSCEs and A Levels to a beautiful, chic and well equipped villa. Villa Sea Breeze is furnished well, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. The views were stunning and we enjoyed streaming chilled out music form the villas bose system to relax by the pool. The service from Ramazan and his wife was excellent. And the welcome pack was very welcome! There is a little shop at the end of the road for supplies which is handy. Suzanne arranged for our airport transfers which went really smoothly and also a visit from Kazim from Chefs at Home. He was just the nicest man and we watched while he cooked delicious meals and then went onto recreate his dishes at home! Such a great experience and good value that it really is a treat to experience this service. All the restaurants were superb with perhaps Baharat being our favourite this time. As well as chilling and eating we took a boat trip - Eylul - fantastic, and a fun quad bike afternoon. The shopping is good and we did manage to come back with bags and diamonds! Thanks to Class leather and Yardan Jewellery. To get to the town you do have to walk a steep hill. It was steeper than we expected (although the views from the villa are worth it ) that we did get a taxi back most evenings. A tip - don't bother to bring high heels! The villa has air-conditioning and shaded areas along with plenty of spaces to sit. Because there was only 4 of us we were spoilt for choice so we need to go back with friends! There is a table tennis table and pool table along with a playstation. We totally recommend this villa and thank Suzanne and Jon for their hospitality.

“Amazing Villa with an spell bounding view”

Reviewed 5 Jan 2015

I stayed in this Villa with my family including two toddlers. We had a great time in the Villa and the surrounding Areas of Kalkan . The Villa had amazing views from all its rooms and extreme level of details have been taken care in the Property furnishing. All the Facilities were wonderful including the Pool table and swimming pool. The Villa is on top of a hill with steep incline but the trouble in walking up is adequately compensated by the amazing View from the height . Its also very easy to get a taxi from every place downhill at dirt cheap price ( 10-15 turkish Liras) . There is a a small shop near by at the same level of villa for small daily needs. The Care taker of of the Villa were very polite and efficient and took best possible care of our daily needs. Over All..I would rate my Stay in This villa 200 % . For Kalkan, the weather was good for us even during winter but most of the water sport /excursion were closed due to off season.

“Amazing villa in a special town”

Reviewed 20 Sep 2014

You’re spoilt for choice in Kalkan when it comes to villas and we’ve stayed in a number of fantastic places on our trips to this special town. Sea Breeze may just be the best we’ve found. There are a number of factors that make it so. Interior - The most comfortable and well appointed villa we’ve stayed in. The finish is that of a well loved home and no expense has been spared on getting everything just right. The owners seem to have thought of everything practical and added a number of luxuries. The kitchen in particular is extremely well stocked and the view from the main work surface makes a bit of self catering a real pleasure. The 2 upper floor bedrooms are light and airy with spectacular views out over the sea. The beds are comfortably firm and fitted with high quality linen. Exterior - Apple TV and a large comfortable sofa provide a perfect option if you’re unlucky with the weather but most of our time was spent taking in the spectacular views from the villa’s wonderful outside spaces. The two bedroom balconies provide a great viewing platform, the second of the two giving some early shade. The pool area stays sunny throughout the day and there is a variety of seating and dining furniture. Downstairs, the shaded games area is perfect for a break from the sun and there’s a handy bar with a fridge and sink. Location - High enough to take advantage of the spectacular views but not so far that a 20 minute stroll into town isn’t too much of a strain. The uphill walk back might prove a little too much for many given the heat and inevitable full stomachs so a regular taxi at around 15 lira is something to factor into your budget. As a relatively new villa, Sea Breeze isn’t well known amongst the local taxi drivers so we found directing to the older neighbouring Villa Yunus saved any confusion. A small mini market has just opened a hundred yards from the villa which is extremely convenient and not badly priced. Service - The villa management team do a great job. We had bread delivered daily and the villa is cleaned every day at the time you specify. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the brilliant Ramazan even helped resolve a small dispute we had with a taxi driver. The villa owners have also been extremely helpful leading up to our trip, with quick and friendly responses to all our questions. Our transfers were pre-arranged and the hour and a half journeys were comfortable and punctual. Staying in the Villa Sea Breeze helped enhance a fantastic family holiday immeasurably. A lot of thought has gone into the customer experience and there was no stress involved at any stage from initial booking through to a sad farewell. We’ll certainly be back and thank the owners and the management team for their care and hard work.
