Villa Sea Breeze is perfect for family and friends who like luxury and who are looking for a memorable holiday, to unwind, kick back and relax, with plenty to keep young and older generations entertained. A luxury south facing contemporary triplex villa.The villa is nestled into the hillside, with the Taurus mountains as a backdrop and amazing panoramic sea views to the front.

The Villa is designed for 8 people but can accommodate another two children under 12, as there is a sofa bed and also a put you up bed.

The villa has three levels lower ground (garden /games level) ground and a first floor.You will be able to completely relax and enjoy your holiday with daily maid service - The villa team will also clean the pool daily, attend to the garden, and set up your sun beds for another relaxing day.

The garden level has a great deal of shaded outside space with a terrace for relaxing away from the mid-day sun, a great place to read a book, relax or lunch at the 6 seater table, If you are feeling more energetic there is table tennis and pool on this level and you can grab some refreshment from the bar which has a fridge.The garden level also has two large bedrooms which have been designed with a coastal feel. One has twin beds (and a good sized single sofa bed which is comfortable for either adults or children). This bedroom has a 42" 3D TV and a PlayStation 4. The second bedroom has a large double bed both have generous sized en-suite shower rooms.There is a small laundry room that has washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board (although if you would rather out-source your laundry this can be arranged).

The heart of the villa is on the ground floor with a large sunbathing terrace and infinity pool with a Jacuzzi, which can be heated (this may be a good idea in low and mid season). Eight comfortable sun beds for you to soak up the rays, and as the villa is south facing there is ample opportunity. There are also umbrellas to get some shade if you need it. The terrace also has a very large corner sofa set and coffee table along with a large table that seats eight and a smaller six seater table, great if the teenagers would rather have their own space ! The purpose built traditional barbecue is a great alternative if you fancy 'cooking' on a night in.

Inside the villa on this level is the open plan living room and dining room, well equipped kitchen with a cafe style espresso coffee maker and a breakfast bar island. Again you will notice the coastal theme with gentle colours and a modern contemporary feel, giving you a very relaxed atmosphere to unwind.

The first floor has two further double bedrooms one of which is the master bedroom, This really is a room with a view with the bed facing the breath-taking views. It also boasts a large dressing area to have space to get ready for a night in the town and a very modern glass walled bathroom with rain and hair washing showers.

The second double bedroom has been designed with a tropical feel, with vibrant colours and has a large en-suite shower room again with rain and hair washing shower. All bedrooms have hair dryers and a Bose Bluetooth speaker in the lounge for your iPods and other devices.We provide all bedding, Bathroom towels and separate sun bed towels, also beach towels and beach bags are also included for your convinience.**The villa also has smoke detectors to every floor and a carbon monoxide tester near the kitchen as the hob is gas.

Please note that the towels and bedding are changed on day 7 of a two week stay.

How do damage deposits work?

If Suzanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
