This recently listed Lale Apartment is a characterful gem. It is a relaxing place to stay, with a good balance of vibe and serenity. This apartment has been completely renovated in 2020 to a high standard.

Outside there is a stunning roof terrace, a beautiful marble multi terrace pool with sun loungers, and garden areas.

There is a stone built barbecue and bar area on the roof terrace, with lots of seating, swing sofa chairs, and a huge granite table for a fantastic alfresco foodie experience under twinkling stars. Google search laleapartmentkalkan for video and further details.

Some of Kalkan's best restaurants are within 1 min stroll, and the exceptional Can Can mini grocery store is on the doorstep. (water, milk, eggs, ice creams, wine, soap etc)

It is an easy 10 min walk gradually down into the centre of town.

The Beautiful Beach clubs (Indigo, Yali, Kalamar, and Kulube) are all within 10 minutes easy walking distance. (All of the water is crystal clear turquoise blue)

There are many interesting things to do around Kalkan, such as world heritage site of Xanthos, Patara beach, Talos, Trout restaurants in the mountains, Kaputas beach, Saklikent gorge, Kalkan boat trips, sunken city of Kekova, sail to Greek Island of Mais, visit Kas, local markets etc etc

For the adventurous types Kalkan Dive Centre is a world renowned PADI 5* Scuba training centre, again only 10 minutes walk from the apartments.

Apartment services are simple to arrange, such as cleaning, laundry, airport transfers, etc. Please just ask..

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
