Set among rolling olive groves and yet only 2 minutes away from the nearest beach, this elegantly designed villa with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea towards Souda Bay, and magnificent panoramic views of the mountains and surrounding area is perfectly positioned for those seeking the ultimate Mediterranean experience. Cawe villa combines the highest standards with a cosy feel throughout. Sun-filled open spaces and high ceilings, a warm colour scheme with cream tones and soft lines, beautifully landscaped gardens as well as a spectacular pool area with fantastic views make this villa a special find.

The property is set on 5300m2 of private grounds in a residential area just outside the coastal village Kalyves in Western Crete and has therefore a variety of traditional taverna’s, restaurants, shops and 3 beaches on the doorstep. The popular historic town of Chania is also nearby (20-minute drive) and therefore offers a great opportunity for a day trip. The villa is surrounded by manicured gardens featuring lush lawns, flowering plants, an organic vegetable garden as well as other Mediterranean vegetation. Several al fresco dining and lounge terraces, a great BBQ suite with outdoor oven and plenty of room for children to play safely, invite the guests and their young ones to relax and enjoy themselves. The highlight however, is the stunning views of Kalyves lush olive groves, stunning mountain scenery and the Aegean sea directly in front of the property. Needless to say that the sea views from here are simply breathtaking.

Cawe Villa is all on one level and consists of two bedroom wings and one main large open plan living, dining and kitchen which opens out on both sides to the outdoors. The interiors are decorated in a sophisticated contemporary style creating a soothing and sun-filled atmosphere with soft earthy colours, with the main living, dining and kitchen area opens out to the sheltered outdoor living areas with bi-fold doors the length of one side and sliding doors on the other bringing the outdoors in.

Featuring 4 main bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, one with a bath and another bathroom downstairs making it easy to wash off after your day at the beach or after swimming in your 10 metre private pool. The property has A/C throughout with separately controlled A/C in each bedroom. From the bedrooms you can walk out onto your own terrace and enjoy your morning beverage and take in the views. Cawe villa provides plenty of space for couples, your family or a group of friends. The open-plan living and dining areas, as well are the fully-equipped kitchen and separate pantry, is contemporary in style with all the modern amenities perfect for spending quality time away from home. This villa offers all the modern comforts to enjoy unique moments of relaxation at any time of the year. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
