The 100 sq.m. ground floor appartment in a property of 4000 sq.m. land with garden and trees situated in Kapandriti, a Northern Attica country village, 30 km away from the Athens Center very close to the NATIONAL ROAD ATHENS-THESSALONIKI (E75) easy to reach it from Airport through the ATTIKI ROAD (E94). For guests with no car it is easy to go to the Center by using the local transportation bus and the surface or subway train. Owners are both architects and able to offer their cultural help on sightseeing (Acropolis, Museums, shopping) and traditional places all over the Athens as well as the tourist interested destinations in Central Greece (Mycenae, Delphi, Marathon etc). It is very close, 15 to 30 minutes away from the popular beaches and coasts of Northern Attica and Rafine Port from where you can easily reach by ferry boat the Greek islands of Central Aegean Sea (Cyclades and Sporades, Mykonos, Santorini etc). It is fully furnished and consisting by a large living and dining room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is able to host up to 6 persons. Many outside facilities in the garden (barbeque, large round table for up to 16 guests, a traditional wood oven, a rose garden etc) are also in use for our guests. It is a really traditional staying in an open air land among the nature but with many facilities and comforts for every season all over the year. It is safe and leisure, quite peace of mind place for families and every guest, in particular for older ones. Owners are able to take care of their guests in everything they need. The round pool (9 m. diameter, 1.8 m. deep) is large enough for guests who want to keep their privacy. We are able to take care of our guests every day. Guests are provide their own breakfast, meals or dinner in a fully equipment kitshen and dinning room keeping their own privacy if they want to. A small kid-pool (3 m. diameter, 40 cm deep), beside of the main pool, is also provided with a function of waterfall into the main pool giving the possibility of a spa in the small pool where there is a spring water fountain in the center of the small pool as well as a fun massage under the fall in the main pool. An ideal staying, excellent value for money.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send LEFTERIS (the owner) a message.

If LEFTERIS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
