Description

The villa, is perched on a hillside with amazing sea views from every room, one of two villas set in a tranquil and private location surrounded by Olive groves.

The villa is located between the beautiful bays of Kalami and Agni, with either bay a couple of minutes drive away.

Upstairs both double bedrooms are light and airy, offer on-suite shower rooms and balconies with glorious sea views,, fitted wardrobes and dressing tables.

Downstairs the kitchen is full equipped with everything you will need to self cater, there is a, dining area with table with six chairs. The lounge offers a large comfy sofa,WiFi, TV, DVD, and blue tooth speaker, the large patio doors lead on to a small terrace to enjoy the views . The large triple bedroom offers twin beds and large day bed with bathroom with bath/shower and terrace.

The villa has its own good sized swimming pool with walk in steps and shower, a large that benefits from all day sunshine, secluded private terrace with BBQ and pergola, dining area, sun loungers and umbrellas.

Three beaches, excellent tavernas and local shops are within a few minutes drive from the villa.

Set on the glorious North East coast, Villa Margarita is ideal base for your Corfu holiday for both families and couples, We have a property manager locally who looks after the villa and pool and our maid will come in twice a week .

We recommend car hire and can supply car hire details if required, the villa is only a couple of minutes from beaches, shops and Taverna's and about 20 minutes from large supermarket, Corfu town and the airport are 35/40 minutes drive.

“Corfiot Paradise”

We stayed at Villa Margarita for a week in July 2016 and were looking forward to a relaxing week and we were not disappointed. Chris and Debbie fully understand the needs of the weary worker, from our very first enquiry to picking up the hire car, we felt confident that we were going to have a great holiday. The villa is stunning, the accommodation comfortable and airy, kitchen very well equipped and outside the pool inviting and the views amazing. Locally , there are several excellent restaurants to choose from which offered delicious fresh local Greek cuisine. All in all there wasn't anything that hadn't been thought of which added up to the perfect relaxing holiday in paradise. Thank you both very much and we will be back.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
