A convenient & quiet accommodation option next to four sandy beaches offering unbreakable sea view, two separate bedrooms and just five minutes drive from the village of Ano Mera that serves all our guests needs. Enjoy your stay in wonderful Mykonos!

Anna-Maria's Seaview Maisonette III was refurbished in summer 2013 and is a classic Myconian style two-storey stone house of 70 sq.m. interior space that accommodates comfortably up to five people. The highlight of this house is the terraced area with sunbeds and sun-umbrella where our guests may enjoy a relaxing holiday time.

The maisonette consists of two separate bedrooms, WC-toilet, and storage room on the ground level. The front bedroom is twin and offers direct access to the front terraced area, while it has a small closet, a chest of drawers, mirror and two bedside tables. The second bedroom because has a double bed with mosquito net and a large closet. The WC is conveniently located between the two rooms and the storage room has a washing machine, beach umbrella and two sand-chairs for our guests.

On the upper level there is a luminous living room with small seaview balcony overlooking the Aegean sea, Attached to the living room is a fully equipped and functional kitchen where everything is at the cook's disposal. There is a futon that serves as a sofa or a bed for the fifth guest, a comfy armchair, coffee table and few books along with decorative touches.

The bathroom is also located here with an in-walled shower cabin and right next to it is the main entrance through the back patio. This spot is ideal for dining offering sitting space for at least 6 people around a large wooden table. Pergola above it protects you from sun, as long with candles and pants provide a nice outdoor atmosphere.

The house has a remote control access to the gate and provides safety from other visitors. There is quite a lot outdoor space around the houses and enough parking space that we share all eight houses in the complex. The view over the Agia Anna and Kalafatis beaches is astonishing and guests never get enough of it.

This maisonette is an ideal accommodation option even for larger groups or for two-three families, as it neighbors with the sister Anna-Maria's Maisonettes I & II. Please feel free to communicate your preferences and we would try our best to host you altogether.

Guests has exclusive use of the whole house-maisonette and it's patio with outdoor dining area, balcony with unobstructed sea view, while the large lot space is shared with the other houses around. Our guests also have parking space in the lot, free wi-fi connection, two wooden sunbeds and coffee table at the front terraced area.

Maid service is regularly scheduled and may be applied at a daily basis upon your request. For every booking of at least 4 days a change of bed-linen and towels is also provided to our dear guests!

We also provide special rates on car or boat rentals, custom sailing trips or officially guided tour to Delos island or walking tour in Mykonos town, scuba diving or speed boat trip around the island. Concierge and other optional services (extra cleaning, housekeeper, baby-sitting, masseur, chauffeur, private chef etc.) may also be provided upon request at an extra fee and we'll do our best to cover all your inquiries. We always welcome our guests in person. We may even arrange a meeting point at port or airport, your pick-up or car rentals and drive together to the Anna-Maria Maisonettes location. A bottle of fine domestic wine, along with fresh seasonal fruits are occasionally with our compliments! We have a thorough check-in showing you around the property, all appliances how they work and explaining the main property's house rules. We are at your disposal for further inquiries or tips that you may need. We do not bother our guests during their stay, unless if there is a serious reason for it or if you ask one of our team members to visit you. Check-out is arranged with our guests and there is a short inspection of the villa prior to their departure.

However, we are quite disappointed that you left a review for a wrong property and can never be erased. This is indeed a two-seperate bedroom house, while the one you booked was clearly one bedroom and a sitting room serviced as second room. You booked after all through another channel, Anna-Maria Maisonette II and profoundly you expected a different property. Secondly, it wasn't that mature from you to try to sneak an extra guest trying to avoid the surcharge that applies. Bonjour Isabelle, I am glad you enjoyed your stay in Mykonos and mostly our provided services and amenities. We pay special attention to deliver such clean accommodation to our guests and try our best to cover their needs. I am sorry that you didn't like that much the surrounding area, but the houses are completely finished since 8 years now in the whole complex and all of them offer this unique sea view. This is the typical natural landscape of rocky land in all Cycladic islands. Your point is slightly misleading to our future guests. The area of Loulos is indeed 10 km from Mykonos town, but people that know the island prefer to be 10-15 min away from the fuzziness and there is no reference in our description that we are next to town. Regarding the sewage system, it's in an issue all over Greece, Turkey, South America and many other countries. Probably it was your first visit in one of those places. If Nikolas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
