This property is located on the Turtle Bay Resort and is a legal short-term vacation rental per the new law effective August 1, 2019. The property address is 57-020 Kuilima Dr., #F202, Kahuku, HI 96731

At the Ocean Villas you have dramatic ocean views, quick access to the ocean, pool, and BBQ’s, and the privacy to keep your doors and windows open all night in this second floor villa! It has a serene lanai where you can see the ocean, pool and all the tiki torches lighting the grounds at night! It has new top of the line furnishings including a new sofa with a gel memory foam mattress and a new King sized bedroom! This studio villa also has a privacy screen that you can bring down with the push of a button to separate the living room from the bedroom area. If you need additional space, you can rent both this Studio villa and it's adjoined 3-Bedroom villa 203.

- This villa has 807 sq ft of living space including the lanai!

Maximum sleeping occupancy is strictly enforced by on-site security. Studio villa maximum occupancy is 4. No disturbing activity or noise is allowed anywhere on the Property at any time. Violators of maximum occupancy or noise disturbance will be warned by security or your property manager. Repeated violations will allow your property manager to charge an amount up to your damage/security deposit. Quiet hours are between 10PM – 8AM, when absolutely no noise is allowed. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
