Fairways Villa is registered with the local authority and the police as required by Turkish law.You should ensure this is the case for any villa you consider.

Located midway between the towns of Belek & Kadriye In the heart of Turkey's fabulous golfing region, and now only 5 minutes drive to the new,fabulous Land of Legends water park .Fairways is also 5 mins drive from the newly regenerated Kadriye beach with its bars and restaurants. Belek beach has plenty to offer too.The 15 golf courses are superb,& include the new Faldo & Montgomery courses as well as more established PGA & other courses. Kadriye & Belek have some excellent restaurants & plenty of shops. Antalya, Side &

Aspendos are worth visiting. Small shops are a short walk away,as are a couple of bars/eateries,such as Republic Bar and Kurt market

The villa benefits from its own private pool, with ample space for sunbathing, bbq-ing or alfresco dining. We have also placed sun loungers on the baconies for added privacy.

The spacious lounge has satellite t.v, & the sofas can be converted to single beds if required. However, there are 3twin bedroom&3shower/bathrooms, so less queuing!! Each bedroom has a balcony, ideal for that nightcap, or morning tea.The perfect place to relax after your day's activities, or to just do nothing.

There is a WC and shower on each of the three floors.The bath is on the first floor.The pool is at the front of the villa.

There is free wi-fi and a smart TV,so the kids can stream their films etc.

We keep a Mothercare fold-up cot ,so babies and toddlers have their own space.

Car hire is reasonable,about £25 /€30 per day. With our recommended partners , Your party (up to 6 persons and luggage) will be collected from the airport and driven to the villa.Your hire car will be delivered to the villa. On departure you will be collected from the villa and taken to the airport. You can also hire a vehicle with a driver for the day if you wish to explore without the hassle of driving. Taxis are another good way to get around locally.From the villa into Belek or Kadriye is about £4 / €5. A little more to the beach. Local buses run from the top of the road to the towns and are very cheap (£1).You can connect to other coaches for Antalya,Alanya,

Interaction with guest

We are not on site.However,if you have read our guest reviews you will see that we can organise everything for your arrival and departure:car hire,transfers etc. As flights are often at unsociable hours we also ensure you have a basic welcome pack for your arrival at the villa, normally bread,butter,milk,tea,coffee,eggs,juice, and a roast chicken or two, depending on group size. We also deal with the legal formalities of registering your occupation of the villa with the local police.

We went back for the 2nd time in a row, everything you need is just around all you have to do is relax and enjoy, we spent our time discovering more hidden beaches here and there, family were happy and the kids were having a wonderful time, i wouldn’t rule out another booking in the future. “WOW! What an amazing place”

This villa is fantastic - clean and tidy and has absolutely everything you need - well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, WiFi and really good air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and lounge which offered a welcome break from the heat. A water cooler in the lounge and large fridge freezer to keep all the food. One of the big advantages was the property owner Jeff who was so kind and helpful. He arranged our transfers and car hire (both a 5* service) and gave fantastic advice and recommendations for trips and places to eat which really topped off the holiday. The next door neighbour mike was also fantastic offering advice when needed and even booked us a table at one of the local restaurants! I would definitely return here again and I can’t recommend it enough - if you book this property you will not be disappointed!

“Unforgettable memories”

We spent a very nice time in this villa, nothing to complain about despite some mishaps which were handled well by the owner, a car is needed definitly, children had the time of their lives especially going to the land of legends which is just a few minutes drive, i can’t think of another destination next year because this place has ticked all the boxes for me and my family.

The Land of Legends is a great place to visit for adults and children alike. For a large group a car is certainly more convenient, especially if you wish to explore the wider region. However, taxis are very reasonable for groups of 5/6. From the villa to Land of Legends or into town is currently about £4. I think the villa itself met all your expectations and we would love to welcome you back again, hopefully without any mishaps! Thanks for choosing us.

Why can't I call Jeff & Gaynor (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jeff & Gaynor (the owner) a message.

If Jeff & Gaynor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
