This brand new (built in 2010) tastefully furnished and well equipped two bedroom apartment benefits from air conditioning and double glazing. It is perfectly placed (easy walking distance) for guests to enjoy the beaches and amenities available in Juan les Pins and is only a short distance to Antibes.

The spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) of a four storey French residential building and is furnished and fitted throughout to an excellent standard.

Both the lounge and the kitchen have direct access to the large balcony so it is light , bright and airy.

The open plan kitchen has been professionally designed and fitted to a high standard with a Bosch combination cooker, oven and microwave, a large American fridge / freezer with a cold water and ice cube dispenser and a full range of units and utensils.

The apartment benefits from air conditioning, double glazing and electrically operated shutters throughout.

A good size balcony (west facing) with a table , four chairs and outdoor lighting help guests to make the most of the Mediterranean climate.

Rental prices are quoted in sterling for a seven night stay. Payment is required in sterling or euros ( please request a quote if payment is preferred in euros ).

A booking is secured on payment of an initial deposit of 25% of the rental cost.

The balance of the rental will be required, six weeks before the start date.

All bookings within six weeks of the start date will require payment in full in advance.

Payment is preferred by bank transfer although we may consider other options

The rental price is inclusive of electricity, water, internet, parking, bed linen and the end of stay clean although it is a requirement that the apartment is left in a reasonable clean and tidy condition on departure

Towels are not included in the rental price but are offered as an optional extra at 10 euros for one bath and one hand towel

A refundable security deposit is required on all bookings

The French Riviera remains one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world thanks to the mediterranean climate, turquoise blue sea, sandy beaches and fine food and wine.

Juan les Pins is a perfect holiday location and has excellent transport links to places further afield that you may wish to visit during your stay - Monaco / Monte Carlo, Cannes, Nice and even Italy are all only a bus or train ride further along the coast.

Juan les Pins, famous for the summer Jazz Festival at the Pinede which attracts artists from the international music world.

Glorious sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, bistros and classy boutiques for the latest fashions.

Boat trips are available to Cannes, St Tropez and Monaco to name but a few places to visit.

Antibes - the sister resort, is only a ten to fifteen minute walk from the apartment ( or five minutes by bus ). Take a meander through the charming streets and lanes of the Old Town and make sure to visit the daily Marche Provencal selling local produce from Provence and the area.
