The VT 2 Stunning Studio Apartment is a modern, chic apartment, located in the vibrant Jomtien Beach area of Pattaya. Sleeps up to three guests, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, kitchen, balcony & views. A great pool, shops & restaurants on site.

This Stunning 42 sq/m fully serviced studio apartment, comfortably sleeps two people in the comfy King Size bed; an extra single bed is available on request, for a third guest. The apartment is on the Twelfth floor (Fl 12) so there is always a nice breeze, it is also fully air-conditioned. The kitchen has all modern appliances, including a microwave, fridge-freezer, sink, electric hob, toaster; kettle. The apartment is very spacious and has its own balcony. There is plenty of storage space in the mirrored wardrobes; there is also a safe for your valuables. The bathroom has a bath-tub & shower, there's a modern WC and a washbasin fitted into a black & white granite worktop. This stunning apartment has everything that a guest could wish for and desire!

There is also a well stocked mini-bar so you can relax and enjoy a drink. We look forward to seeing you at VT 2 Stunning Studio Apartment.

In the View Talay 2 Complex there is a massive swimming pool, with a pool-side restaurant/bar that serves Thai & International cuisine. There is also a convenience store, Thai massage shop, tour shop, in fact everything that you need! For the kids there is a children's pool and also a separate children's play area.

Once you leave the complex, everything that Pattaya has to offer is on your doorstep, or within a short taxi ride. The nearest beach (Dong Tan) is less than a 10 minute walk. Jomtien beach is less than a 15 minute walk. If you don't want to walk, then no problem because just outside the complex there are taxis and motorcycle taxis. Walking Street and the Central Mall are approximately 10 - 15 minutes by taxi. If you like fine dining then you are in luck, because most of Pattaya's best restaurants are within walking distance, Bruno's, Pan-Pan. Indian by Nature, Manhattan's, Linda's etc. If you want to party, then the Jomtien complex is just across the road, offering bars, shows and dining. Everything that you could need is close by!

Many of the attractions outside of the complex are within easy walking distance, Beaches, Restaurants, Bars, Thai Massage, Banks, Convenience Stores, even a Water Park. However, if you don't wish to walk, then just outside of the View Talay Complex are taxis and motorcycle taxis which will take you anywhere that you want to go for a small fee. If you prefer public transport, then it's no problem because View Talay is on the main bus (Songtaew) routes. This is a very cheap way of getting around.

A 1,000 THB deposit for electricity is payable at check-in (for stays of 3 - 7 nights).

A 1,750 THB deposit for electricity is payable at check-in (for stays of 7 - 14 nights).

A 2,500 THB deposit for electricity is payable at check-in (for stays of 14 - 21 nights).

A 3,250 THB deposit for electricity is payable at check-in (for stays of 22 - 31 nights).

An electric & water meter reading is taken when a guest checks-out (meter is photographed).

Electric is charged at 5 THB per unit used (1 unit = 1 KW).

Water is charged at 50 THB per unit used (1 unit = 2,000 L)

The electricity & water cost is deducted from the deposit & the balance returned to the guest.

I ask my guests to behave as they would when they are at home, the View Talay 2 Complex has a very relaxed atmosphere and everybody is friendly, I merely ask that my guests enjoy themselves, whilst respecting others at the same time. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the View Talay 2 Complex. Smoking is permitted on the apartment’s balcony (an ashtray is provided) and outside of the building and beside the swimming pool.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact the property manager to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
