This modern Spacious Studio Apartment, is located on the 16th Floor of the View Talay 2 Condo building, in the heart of Jontiem. It is close to everything, beaches, nightlife, bars, discos, restaurants. Walking Street is less 10 minutes by taxi which only costs around 60 Cents or 40 pence, This chic apartment is very spacious with 42 Sq.m of living space, there is a fully equipped fitted kitchen, with a dining area, a beautiful lounge area with a leather sofa and a 32 inch TV, with over 90 cable channels and free W--Fi Internet. You can eat breakfast on the balcony, where you can feel the sea breeze and take in the sea and city views. The sleeping area has fitted mirrored wardrobes, and a sumptuous Teak wood King size bed, along with with lovely bedside lighting. The large en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washbasin fitted into a marble counter-top with a large mirror, and a modern WC. From the balcony you can also take in the night views of the city and ocean. A truly sophisticated apartment with everything you need.

There is a maid service provided as the apartment is fully serviced, this includes cleaning, bed linen changes and towel changes. There is also a well stocked mini-bar so you can relax and enjoy a drink. We look forward to seeing you at VT 2 Spacious Studio Apartment.

In the View Talay 2 Complex there is a massive swimming pool, with a pool-side restaurant/bar that serves Thai & International cuisine. There is also a convenience store, Thai massage shop, tour shop, in fact everything that you need! For the kids there is a children's pool and also a separate children's play area.

Once you leave the complex, everything that Pattaya has to offer is on your doorstep, or within a short taxi ride. The nearest beach (Dong Tan) is less than a 10 minute walk. Jomtien beach is less than a 15 minute walk. If you don't want to walk, then no problem because just outside the complex there are taxis and motorcycle taxis. Walking Street and the Central Mall are approximately 10 - 15 minutes by taxi. If you like fine dining then you are in luck, because most of Pattaya's best restaurants are within walking distance, Bruno's, Pan-Pan. Indian by Nature, Manhattan's, Linda's etc. If you want to party, then the Jomtien complex is just across the road, offering bars, shows and dining. Everything that you could need is close by!

Many of the attractions outside of the complex are within easy walking distance, Beaches, Restaurants, Bars, Thai Massage, Banks, Convenience Stores, even a Water Park. However, if you don't wish to walk, then just outside of the View Talay Complex are taxis and motorcycle taxis which will take you anywhere that you want to go for a small fee. If you prefer public transport, then it's no problem because View Talay is on the main bus (Songtaew) routes. This is a very cheap way of getting around.

I offer a fully serviced apartment service. My Housekeeping service is included in the price, I change the towels every two days and the bed linen every four days (unless requested sooner). I can arrange airport transfers from 1,375 Baht and can arrange pick-ups from the North Pattaya bus-station for just 200 Baht (24 hours notice required). I am available to assist with literally any query that my guests might have about Pattaya and Thailand. Guest satisfaction is my top priority!

I ask my guests to behave as they would when they are at home, the View Talay 2 Complex has a very relaxed atmosphere and everybody is friendly, I merely ask that my guests enjoy themselves, whilst respecting others at the same time. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the View Talay 2 Complex. Smoking is permitted on the apartment’s balcony (an ashtray is provided) and outside of the building and beside the swimming pool.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
