The VT 1 Budget Serviced Studio Apartment is located on the 12th Floor of the View Talay Condo building, which is in the heart of Jomtien, Pattaya. The apartment benefits from ample living space with, a Queen size bed, an Ikea wardrobe, writing desk and chair, lounge chair and coffee table.The bathroom is modern with a WC, bathtub with a shower and a wash basin sat upon a tiled counter-top There is also a balcony with a table and chairs, so that you can relax and take in the views of the sea and city. There is a maid service provided as the apartment is fully serviced, this includes cleaning, bed linen changes and towel changes. There is also a well stocked mini-bar so you can relax and enjoy a drink. We look forward to seeing you at the VT 1 Budget Studio Apartment!

The apartment is close to everything, beaches, nightlife, bars, discos and restaurants. The choice of restaurants within walking distance is absolutely fantastic, with a choice of British, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Indian, Italian, Russian, Scandinavian, Spanish and Thai cuisines. The main party area, the world famous Walking Street is less 10 minutes away by taxi. Offering 36 Sq.m of living space, with fantastic amenities, the VT 1 Budget Serviced Studio Apartment is a fantastic place to stay in Jomtien Pattaya. The View Talay complex has one of the largest swimming pools in Pattaya, there is also a children's pool and children's playground. On the ground level, there are many different services and amenities on offer, including convenience stores, laundry services, Taxi Company, massage, a British Pub, Thai/International restaurant, pizza company, fried chicken company, pool side restaurant, tour company and five different bars. Everything that you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, is right on your doorstep!

I offer a fully serviced apartment service. My Housekeeping service is included in the price, I change the towels every two days and the bed linen every four days (unless requested sooner). I can arrange airport transfers from 1,375 Baht and can arrange pick-ups from the North Pattaya bus-station for just 200 Baht (24 hours notice required). I am available to assist with literally any query that my guests might have about Pattaya and Thailand. Guest satisfaction is my top priority!

We ask our guests to behave as they would when they are at home, the View Talay Complex has a very relaxed atmosphere and everybody is friendly, we merely ask that our guests enjoy themselves, whilst respecting others at the same time. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the View Talay complex. Smoking is permitted on the apartment’s balcony (an ashtray is provided) and outside of the building and beside the swimming pool.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
