K Dock Luxury Marina Villa is surrounded by the tropical atmosphere of Jolly Harbour, a resort where you can find all the amenities you need to enjoy your holidays: a wonderful 1 mile long beach facing the warm turquoise waters of the caribbean sea, Open air drive-in cinema, 18 hole golf course , swimming pool, tennis camps, car rentals, beauty salon , supermarket, small boutique shops, restaurants, bars, beach bar restaurant

Lux­u­ri­ous, water­front villa is centrally located in Jolly Har­bour opposite the golf course entrance which includes a gym with yoga sessions . Span­ning over 2,400 sq.ft. k dock is fin­ished with mar­ble floor­ing through­out and is beau­ti­fully appointed.

The main ground floor boasts a taste­fully fur­nished open plan liv­ing and entertainment space including internet sonos and cable tv. indoor din­ing area leads to the open west facing large deck and covered al fresco dining area fully equipped kitchen with appli­ances and granite countertops There is also a guest bath­room and a spa­cious laun­dry room.

The house has wooden louvered windows to catch the prevailing north easterly wind throughout

The Main House

On the upper floor, the villa offers two en suite bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and A/C. The master bedroom and second bedroom enjoying fabulous uninterrupted views across the harbour to the ocean. both access the covered west facing balcony, to enjoy breakfast or catch the spectacular sunset

The Guest en suite bedroom annexe is adjacent to the pool king size bed with with large walk in shower open wardrobe

On the out­side, the villa boasts a mas­sive 900 sq.ft. deck which is partially covered for dining and lounging with out­door fur­ni­ture and 3 docks including an 80 ft. dock. In addi­tion there is a 32ft. swimming lap pool for cooling off

How do damage deposits work?
