Villa 403F is situated on the North finger of Jolly Harbour with fabulous views across the marina.

This two bedroom waterfront villa is two storey. Downstairs is a wonderful, light and airy, open plan living, dining and kitchen area with large glass doors leading out to a generous covered terrace with lots of space for dining, lounging in the sun, or just sitting absorbing the wonderful views across the waters of Jolly Harbour Marina.

Upstairs there are two good sized bedrooms each with ensuite shower rooms. The master bedroom has large glass doors opening out onto a nice roomy balcony with spectacular views.

The villa comes with a washer, cable TV, AC in all rooms and a golf cart is available at an additional US$10 per day.

Jolly Harbour has a wide range of facilities, something for everyone. An 18 hole golf course, water sports, 25m pool, tennis courts, squash court and a fully equipped gym. Also within the complex there is an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants including a comprehensive supermarket and banking facilities.

Jolly Harbour is a good base location to visit the rest of the 365 beaches on the island by car, bus or boat.
