Description

Jolly Harbour is a gated community with 24 hour security. It is safe and family friendly with access to two beaches, all the facilities of the resort are available to guests,a large swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, restaurants, shopping, a huge supermarket,a pharmacy and much more.

Positioned right on the water this lovely waterside villa is a wonderful base for a beach holiday. The villa is just a 5 minute golf car ride from the gorgeous one mile long South Beach and also just 5 minutes golf car ride to the smaller but less popular and quieter North Beach.The villa location,adjacent to the Golf course give you the best of both world.
This villa can be rented with its sister villa next door, making it the perfect vacation spot for two families with children or a large party who want to vacation together.


The villa is an open plan design with fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room downstairs flowing and leading to the partially covered terrace.A large outside extended deck with table,chairs and parasol,where relaxing and having meals outside is a treat in itself.
You will also find there, 2 sun loungers and a BBQ grill.

Upstairs are 2 light and airy bedrooms, the master being complete with a Queen Size bed and the other with twin beds.
Both bedrooms have attached showers,WCs and plentiful storage space.
There is even a balcony off the master bedroom for those times when you want a little extra alone time.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned and is equiped with ceiling fans and insect screens throughout.
It also comes complete with a washing machine,internet access,CD player.There is also cable TV for those evenings when relaxing inside is all you can manage after a day on the beach.A cellphone for local phone access is provided.Bicycles are available on demand and our neighbours,James and Sherill operates a sailing Catamaran that allows you to sail the Caribbean Sea.

And for those wanting carefree holidays, try out the plentiful restaurants in Jolly Harbour.
10-15 minutes walk away,or 5 minutes of golf car ride will get you where the JH sports center, swimming pool, tennis courts and restaurants are located. Car and boat hire is easily arranged, as is a pickup from the airport.

The house is cleaned for your arrival and maid service can be booked during your stay at extra cost

How do damage deposits work?
