Description

This villa has undergone a major refurbishment of the ground floor in December 2018. This includes complete retiling including the floor, a new kitchen with ceramic topped stove and granite countertops. In addition a newly formed utility area includes a new washing machine and groundfloor powder room. As a final touch the ceiling has been renewed with concealed lighting. New photos are shown.

The villa is situated on the 'South Finger' of Jolly Harbour Marina which is on the south-west coast of Antigua about 20 minutes from the capital St John's and the airport. The marina complex includes a supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, an 18 hole golf course, fitness centre and a sports centre with a swimming pool (free) and squash and tennis courts to rent. One of the best beaches on the island is only 5 minutes walk from the villa.Fully air-conditioned - Lounge/Dining Room with cable TV and DVD - fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer - one double and one twin fully air-conditioned bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms which have been fully refurbished in March 2011 - one foldaway bed - balcony to double bedroom - patio with direct access to private mooring pier - private parking. Communal pool nearby. The bathrooms have recently been fully refurbished and the villa has recently been refurnished with new bedroom and living room furniture. Free wifi is provided and the property is ideal for families and boating, sailing or golf enthusiasts.

The best way to get around the island is by taxi - we can provide guests with the contact details of a local taxi firm who can pick you up from the airport or take you on an island tour or visit to the party at Shirley Heights. They also do rental cars should you wish to explore by yourself.

My local managing in agents are on hand to deal with any problems you may have during your stay. They will hand over the keys in their office and transport you to your villa.

“Jolly Harbour south finger villa”

Perfect location 2 mins walk from jolly beach. Lovely villa with air con and all the useful things in the villa that you need or use when your at home. Great for the price! Will definitely be staying in the villa again when I come back. The pool is also lovely and clean. Hardly anyone round the pool so don't need to worry about a sunbed. Highly recommend over hotels.

How do damage deposits work?
