This beautifully updated two bedroom villa is located in the quiet North Finger of Jolly Harbour. The villa is less than a 5 minute walk from the white sandy beach on the North Finger.
Villa 429C has an outdoor sun deck with a gas BBQ grill and dining table with seating for six ideal for enjoying the outdoors.
The main floor features comfortable furnishings throughout including a fully equipped kitchen fully fitted with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine and a variety of kitchen utensils.
The main floor also contains a convenient half-bathroom, washing machine and a parking space in front of the villa suitable for a car or golf cart. There is an outdoor shower at the front of the property to wash off the sand from a day at the beach.
The second floor has two bedrooms each with updated ensuite bathrooms with rain-showers. The master bedroom leads out to a balcony with beautiful views of the marina. The guest bedroom also leads out to a balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee.
On-Site there is a shopping centre which offers a wide range of products and services to suit every need including Banks, Beauty Salons, Art Shop, Car Hire and a community swimming pool. There is a lot on offer when deciding where to eat out, from snacks and burgers to fine cuisine. Notable eateries include Castaways restaurant located directly on the beach, Acropolis Greek and Italian Melini’s is situated in the centre of the resort.
