House in horizontal condominium with beautiful gardens and shared pool. 2 bedrooms with mosquito net, 2 bathrooms (1 with tub), living room, kitchen and beautiful garden almost private. It is surrounded by trees: avocado, lemon, mango, tangerine, guanábana, etc. They fit up to 8 people. The house has fans, Internet and parking inside the condominium. If you come to an event, the house is ideal because it is close to many Gardens and Halls for parties. THE HOUSE IS THE SAME AS PHOTOS. YOU CAN SEE MY RECOMMENDATIONS IN OTHER PAGES. It is eternal spring. In spring-summer there are more than 35 degrees. And in autumn-winter there are up to 28 degrees. The condo has a large cold water pool with a low area for children. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the garden. It's a delight. The condo is full of nature: flowers of all kinds, birds, hummingbirds, squirrels and suddenly some distracted iguana. At night the crickets sing, chichsrras, quijas, and sometimes a Tlacuache visits us. I have a small vegetable garden with chilies, epazote, tomato, cilantro, yerbabuena, chayotes, chard, to prepare a homemade meal. * The condominium asks me to make a security contract for both parties, where rules of order apply. Please, when we confirm your reservation, I require you to send me by mail an official identification and a proof of your address. When you get home, I'll have a copy of the agreement ready for you. Getting around

5 minutes by car (and 15 walking), is the center of Jiutepec. It is a picturesque place with its typical Zócalo, fountain, Church (built in 1540), market with typical food, Internet cafe, banks, shops, bakery, even, a yerbería with everything necessary for clean, miracles and cures. You can move by bicycle, walking, car or public transport. Walking, one block away there is greengrocers, grocery store, pharmacy, barbecue, tortilla, etc. 10 minutes by car you will find: shopping centers, cinemas, banks, shops, supermarkets, etc.

It is a safe, quiet and hot place. The pool, the gazebo and the gardens are shared in the Horizontal Condominium. The cost charged for cleaning is only to ensure cleanliness after your departure. 5 minutes away is the center of Jiutepec, it is a picturesque place with: shops, market with typical food, church, inns, yoga, banks, etc. 20 minutes from Cuernavaca. 50 minutes from Las Estacas (activities on the river) and 40 minutes from El Rollo (Water Park).
