Apartment in a new built building, with balconies , 2 bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms, a kitchen with all you may need for self-catering, spacious dining room with a table for 6 people, comfortable sofa, TV set. Completely furnished to make your stay easy and pleasant. If you bring your car or you rent one on your arrival, you can park it in the place assigned to the apartment in the basement of the building. You can take the elevator to the apartment on the first floor or to the pool on the terrace. The sights are amazing from the pool, the rest of the terrace. You can see from your bed the San Juan de los Caballeros church's belfry, built in 1.264! Traditional neighbourhood with a intense flavour of History and flamenco. You can reach the shopping center of Jerez in just 10 minutes' walk... in fact, you can reach every interesting place, amenity, local attraction, restaurant in just a few minutes on foot!!! By car you can get to the mountains or the beach in short time or another

Jerez De La Frontera

The Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre, where the most famous horses in the world dance to the tune of flamenco guitars and piano; the bodegas, where you can try a never imagined number of exquisite wines; the bars with those indescribable, healthy and tasty tapas; the very old perfectly preserved buildings like palaces, churchs, the alcázar and other ancient buildings.The Centro Andaluz de Flameco is a museum that must be visited to fully appreciate the wealth of heritage. The Flamenco Festival in February and March is of global importance with two weeks of round the clock music and dance. In fact, Jerez is the home of flamenco and the flamenco quarters of Santiago and San Miguel, where most of the famous singers and dancers were born and where today there are more than a dozen flamenco clubs, are 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. The Clock Museum houses three hundred clocks from all over the word, very near of one of the largest zoos in Spain. Visitors will truly all find something of interest and will be keen to return to immerse themselves further in Jerez’s rich culture and explore its architectural heritage. You will never know how terrific Jerez is until you visit it!!!
