The apartment is located in one of the most charming areas of Jerez, right next to the ancient wall. Since the property is in the touristic area, the best amenities and points of interest are in walking distance. Barrio Santiago, the birthplace of Flamenco, is just a few metres away, as well as the Porver and Larga streets, which boast the best restaurants and shops of the city. Although it maintains its original façade from the 18th Century, the entire building is a brand new construction that is of an excellent quality. Parquet floors, wooden doors, air conditioning in a functional apartment, bright and with a spacious terrace to enjoy the sun and the warm nights without being too far from all the restaurants, pubs, shops and the tourist area of Jerez.The original palatial façade of the building has been preserved. This is a new construction with solarium.

Once the keys have been returned, on departure, 100% of the security deposit will be returned if no damages have been incurred.
