Location description from owner

The Wales region

There is something very special about Pembrokeshire, Britain's only Coastal National Park, it is a land of contrasts, wooded valleys, winding country lanes that have barely changed for centuries, streams, harbours and lakes. The freedom of this enchanting heritage coastline is something you have to experience for yourself, sandy beaches, rugged cliffs and tiny coves are all part of the scenery.

“Snowdrop Cottage”

Reviewed 30 Oct 2016

Just returned from a lovely week in Pembrokeshire staying at Snowdrop Cottage. What a beautiful cottage with lovely decor. We arrived to flowers and gifts, the cottage has everything you could possibly need down to DVD's and good selection of books to read. A really comfortable bed with a blackout blind in the bedroom too, we halve never slept so well. We have fallen in love with the area and the beautiful beaches and will be returning in summertime. Would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend Snowdrop Cottage.

So kind of you to write such a positive review of your stay in Snowdrop Cottage. I'm pleased to read that you slept well, enjoyed the area and that you are thinking of returning to Pembrokeshire. Thank you for your recommendation, it is appreciated. Kind Regards, Marie

“A very pleasant surprise, everything we could have hoped for.”

This is a lovely, immaculate cottage with many extras to make our stay so comfortable. We were looking for peace and quiet and that is what we got. Marie and Peter were there to greet us and familiarise us with the cottage then left us to get on and enjoy Snowdrop cottage is very pretty and furnished beautifully and set back from the main house so we had privacy but knew that Marie & Peter were available if required. It was a joy to wake up every morning and look out over the fields and we enjoyed working our way through the extensive collection of up to date DVDs. There is reading material for most tastes, games to play and a file of many interesting places to visit including the travel directions to get there. We certainly would recommend Snowdrop Cottage and hope it is not too long before we can visit again.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for Snowdrop Cottage. It's reassuring to receive such positive feedback and good to hear that you would recommend us, it's all very much appreciated. Pleased that you enjoyed our DVD's too. We would love to see you again. Kind Regards, Marie

“The best self-catering accommodation we have ever been in.”

Snowdrop Cottage is a pretty stone cottage tucked away behind the owner's property down a silent lane in rural Pembrokeshire. It is a wonderful get-away for a couple, consisting of a kitchen equipped for every contingency; a comfortable bedroom overlooking the field behind; a bathroom with shower over the bath; a dining room with loaded bookcase; and a restful lounge with TV, numbers of DVD's, magazines, information leaflets and board games. The French doors open on to a private patio. There is also a hall with a walk-in closet containing the central-heating boiler, a freezer, and a number of other useful items to make your holiday even more comfortable. And you can park your car right by the front door! We have stayed in Snowdrop Cottage twice and have had the most restful holidays of our life. We have already booked to return there next year! We have travelled quite a bit in our life, but we have never been to any self-catering accommodation which even remotely matches this.

Thank you for such a positive and informative review of Snowdrop Cottage, it is appreciated. I'm so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us especially as the weather was beautiful throughout the week. We look forward to seeing you both again next year. Kind regards, Marie
