Comfortable modernised 5 Bedroom Villa set at the foot of the tranquil Montgo mountain.

Only 5 minutes from the historic old town, working port and bustling bars and beaches of Javea. The villa has many features such as Tosca stone fire places and arches, and white

bright floors throughout. It is a 3 bathroom and 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 10 in comfort and naturally lends itself to large family groups who like their relaxation own space.

The villa boasts a very big terrace Naya with dining area and seating , as well as a large patio area with BBQ kitchen . Large private pool terrace with sun chairs . Pool 10x5 . Secure garden with Gravel plus terracing, mature fruit trees and table Tennis .

All bedrooms air conditioned hot and cold . No extra charge for this .

Montgo mountain views

The garden is mature and flat so offers an excellent outdoor living space with a stone built BBQ kitchen .

There are 3 restaurants/bars within 5 minutes walking distance of the villa.

You can drive to local bars in approximately 5/ 10minutes and Javea beach is just a 5 minutes’ drive.

The accommodation is set on 2 level

Large open plan lounge dining room , open fire and T/V with some UK tv ,DVD, Stereo. Satellite TV with BBC, ITV etc and Sky news

Large family kitchen with dish washer, fridge freezer, oven and electric hob, washing machine. microwave.

Off the lounge a big Naya terrace with more seating and dining .

Large double bedroom (bath and separate shower ) set on right side of the lounge .

large twin bedroom both with single beds.

Family bathrooms opposite, these 2 bedrooms.

Hall way leads to another double with a shower room opposite these bedrooms.

Family games room with snooker table .

Internal stairs lead up

To a v very large king size bedroom and en-suite bathroom .

5th room is large with twin beds upstairs.

Outside is a very attractive and enclosed 10 x 5m swimming pool with terracing for sun lounging; with also shaded areas for outside dining and lounging. The brick built BBQ area has all you need for outside entertaining. Table Tennis .Mature enclosed gardens surround the villa with private walls and fencing. The garden is flat with gravel and terracing.
