Description

The apartment is in a gated complex on two floors, with air conditioning for summer and underfloor heating for winter.

There is a 20m shared pool, set in lovely well maintained gardens with plenty of shade, children's pool, Jacuzzi, and Indoor heated pool and sauna.

Linen + beach/pool towels supplied + beach equipment. Lots of extras as this is a family holiday home, so it is just like home from home.

There is a fantastic terrace lounge, great for relaxing in the evening under the stars, or sunbathing during the day.

There is also a parking space underneath the building.

The apartment is suitable for families or 2 to 3 couples. Great for an out of season getaway as well as summer holidays, It is an easy drive from either Valencia or Alicante airports.

The Port with its pebble beach, shops, bars and restaurants, is 6 mins walk and the Arenal sandy beach is 5 mins drive. 40 mins drive to big attractions of Terra Mitica and water parks at

Most changeovers are on a Thursday as the flights tend to be cheaper then than at weekends, however we are prepared to be flexible. Full payment is required if it is less that 8 weeks before arrival. 20% deposit required on booking and the balance to be paid 4 weeks before your visit.The cost includes use of internet access.

It may be necessary to vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure, and we cannot guarantee access before 3 pm on arrival due to changeovers. We will however try to accommodate your flight time.

The apartment sleeps 7 comfortably plus babies as there are 2 travel cots available. Perfect for families or multiple couples for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Covered terrace downstairs and a large rooftop terrace lounge with fantastic views of the Montgo, the old town and the windmills and across the valley to the mountains. Great sunset views.

This is a family home and lots of extras. All linen and towels including beach/pool towels provided.

The Valencian Country region

Javea is on the eastern shore of the Mediterranean midway between Alicante (south) and Valencia (north).

The local climate is rated by The World Health Organisation as one of the best in the world.

The regions beaches have been awarded 32 prestigious EEC Blue Flags for cleanliness, many of the beaches are sandy and gently shelving making it very safe for children.

The terraced mountains and valleys to the west are covered with olive, orange, lemon, almond and cherry trees and of course vineyards providing inexpensive local wine. Beautiful all year round, especially at blossom time.

There are plenty of great places to eat and drink within walking distance. Look out for the beach bars in the summer months.

Javea

Javea has some totally unique areas such as The Fisherman's Port, which is a working port. The church in the Port is a must to see. It is built like a ship about to be launched.

Sitting on the promenade in the port is a wonderful place to relax but with lots to see. Here there are numerous bars and restaurants. There are also many great restaurants in the quaint streets behind the seafront, all within walking distance.

Look out for the beach bars that appear in the summer.

The Medieval Old Town (a 10 min walk) is a labyrinth of narrow streets and small plazas. It is dominated by the Gothic fortified church of San Bartolome, a listed National Artistic Monument, dating back to the 15th Century

The Arenal is a beautiful clean golden sandy blue flag beach with a promenade with bars and restaurants. There are also lots of shops in this area.

Every Thursday in the old town there is a local market which is well worth a visit.

During the year there are many fiestas.

“Just the place!”

The Javea Duplex is a really great location to explore Javea and the surrounding area. It's ideally located between the port (seafront restaurants) and the old town (market and shops). Either can be reached within 10 minutes walking and there are several large supermarkets within a similar distance. There were also several bars within the immediate vacinity of the complex. The apartment has a number of balconies and the second floor view is amazing, with a vista from Montgo to the Arenal and overlooking the whole of Javea. It was extremely well furnished and was very well equipped with every conceivable item. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely visit again.

“Home from home”

It's always a joy to return here, it really does feel like coming home. Everything you could want is here and we just love the friendly residents who have become swimming and gym partners! So close to eveything, we don't even really need a car once we're here. See you again soon

“Excellent family apartment and resort”

Having previously lived at Floridamar we already knew it was an excellent place to return to. The Apartment is very well kept and looked after. It has everything a family with children could wish for. The owners and their Spanish contacts are extremely helpful. Thoroughly recommended.
