Villa situated in a unique location in the heart of Cabo San Antonio in the Montgó Natural Park. We have been modernized facility for years to offer the comfort of a modern house with ancient wooden sliding sustainable solutions with rustic wooden beams and terracotta floor tiles, rustic oak doors. The villa of 353 m2, plot of 1660 m2, has 6 rooms for 16 people and 3 bathrooms. Most of them with thermal / acoustic insulation, windows and exterior doors and enclosures triple glazed safety, motorized blinds. It has two large rooms one with fireplace 60 m2 with sofas and TV. In the pool area the other living room of 40 m2 with high ceilings 6 meters fully insulated thermal / acoustic stands. It has a audioritmico system disco lights on the upper beams. In winter you can enjoy views of nature and the pool with a pellet stove design in white. Bar bar connected by a splendid art kitchen with high end appliances, Brazilian black granite, kitchen of 16 m2 with central island of 2.6 meters in length equipped with gas hob, extractor hood 2 , 5 meters high. Oven equipped with 90 cm. width, two refrigerators. nice lighting with the possibility of creating different environments. Ceiling speaker system via bluetooth kitchen to enjoy cooking with yours. Reverse osmosis drinking water filtered. Water softening system by salt for the benefit of your skin and your hair. We have been looking for environmentally friendly solutions for sustainable housing and less energy consumption. In the corridor connecting the two rooms you can find a tube of sunlight. The hot water system is as efficient as you can find in the market today, the combination of two systems, on the one hand a solar panel of 200 liters of capacity combined with a system of aerotermia of 300 liters up to 82 degrees heating the water by hot air. You have also terraces north / south high capacity and different spaces so that everyone, young and old can enjoy orientation. Wi fi throughout the villa including the pool area. Large barbecue. Tennis court and basketball court 550 m2 where children can play to exhaustion. Parking at the villa for 10 cars. The location of the villa is the central point if you like hiking, take a walk or mountain bike excursion to Molinos Javea, the Cova Tallada, the Cape of San Antonio and Port of Javea. and the most demanding, the ascent to the summit of Montgó of 753 meters. Located in the Natural Park of Montgó, you can access treks and walks from the villa. Trek to the summit of Montgó (753 meters altitude): 3'5 hours, medium / high difficulty.Trek to the Cova Tallada and bath in Las Rotas: 2'5 hours, medium difficulty. Trek to Los Molinos de Jávea and views of the Bay: 1'3 hours, low difficulty. Trek to Cabo de San Antonio and swim in the beach of La Gravá: 3 hours, low difficulty. The villa has all the comforts of your home, different rest areas and terraces both winter and summer. In September 2014 the area suffered a terrible fire that burned the surroundings of the village and the previous garden, the area has recovered spectacularly.
