Child friendly, having gated grounds plus a gated pool. The villa is on an urbanisation, around 30 properties, all different. Most owners live there full time, English, Spanish, German and Dutch.
The main points are that it offers privacy, has great outdoor space and is perfect for children.

Holiday Villa Accommodation with WiFi

The villa comprises: Living/dining room with smart television (UK channels), DVD/CD player and video.WiFi broadband is freely available. A separate glazed sun lounge, which leads onto a patio provided with table, chairs and parasol, overlooks the garden and pool. Kitchen is fitted with standard oven, gas hobs plus a dishwasher and microwave. There is a utility area in garage with a washing machine. Three bedrooms : A double with on-suite bathroom, one bedroom with twin singles and an on-suite shower-room / toilet. A third bedroom with a double bed is adjacent the third bathroom. .An additional fold up bed is available for possible 7th person. A quality 'travel' cot is also available, plus a high chair.
Air-conditioning units are fitted in the Lounge/dining area and in all three bedrooms.
The villa has gas central heating, the air-con units can provide additional heating the lounge. (logs can be purchased locally).
Shaded outside dining area, extensive sun terracing, large lawned garden with children's slide, barbecue and gated private swimming pool (8m x 4m).
In the garagedfin you will lots of childrens items, scooters (2), paddling pool, beach tent, beach umberella, boat, buckets & spades etc.

Overlooked by the Mongo massif national park and blessed with a coast of cliffs and coves, the town and surrounding areas has wealth of hiking trails, suitable for all.
Neighbouring towns on the coast or in the mountains all have individual characters and offer much to see.

There are several coastal walks of varying grades, providing access to small coves.

Cities of Valencia can be reached by motorway ( each pprox. 1.25 hrs by car ).
