Super location 1st line 80 m from the beach and sea! In private complex with tropical garden and outdoor Jacuzzi. New apartment !! Luxurious trendy furnishings. Large terrace with design relax outdoor furniture: breakfast every morning comfortably spacious on the terrace. Nice beach restaurants and lounge bars within walking distance. WIFI (ultra-high speed fiber optic 300MB / sec) in apartment, and normal speed WIFI in whole complex and pool. Luxury quality hotel beds = blissful night's sleep. AIRCO in each room separately. LED TV in living room and master bedroom. Satelite TV with subscription for 500 TV channels in many languages !!! Quality bakery, supermarket and several cozy breakfast options within walking distance. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All linen and towels provided. Linen service, cleaning service against payment. Concierge present. Beach seats in apartment available. Closed private parking free in building under your apartment. Medical outpatient clinic 100 m further. Old center of Javea at a few km. Beautiful bike and car routes. Flights via Alicante and via Valencia. Alicante Airport shuttle stops 150 m from apartment. We regret that pets are strictly forbidden in the apartment. Check-in with pets will be refused! Because we consider a clean and pure apartment as an essential part of a fantastic holiday, there is a mandatory cleaning cost per stay (= including the replacement of all bed linen and towels).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pascale (the owner) a message.

If Pascale (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
