Description

Enjoy this superb modern Town house, very close to beach (about 3 mins walk) and surrounding amenities. Beautiful pool in the shape of two dolphins leaping, with bridge over the pool and spacious landscaped gardens. This property also boasts Air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi & UK TV.

This two storey property comprises of :

Ground Floor

Hallway, spacious lounge with patio doors leading to a private terrace, ideal for "al fresco dining". The terrace then leads the poolside and gardens.

The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.

Also on the ground floor the is a twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and a shower room with cubicle, wc and wash hand basin. There is another terrace which is also private and gated, leading to the car port.

First Floor

Master bedroom with built in wardrobes and patio doors leading to the balcony which overlooks the pool and gardens. Shower room with cubicle, wc and twin wash basins. On this floor there is another twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and patio doors leading to a second balcony overlooking part of the marina.

This property is directly next to the pool and is access via the terrace which is gated should you want to keep toddlers away from the pool. The two terraces and two balconies mean you can have sun all day round, if you wish. There are also shades/parasols if you prefer shade.

“Perfect location in a perfect part of Spain”

Moreras del Saladar Town house is in the perfect location in Javea, Its just a couple minutes walk from the beach, shops and some fantastic places to eat. An hourly motor train runs between the Arenal and the Port so your spoilt for choice for bars, restaurants and beeches. The historic town of xabia is also well worth a visit. The town house was great, clean and tidy, the air con was a god send and a washing machine and dishwasher made life easy. Its situated at ground level so you can come straight out the pool and onto your patio, perfect if you had small children. The secure parking was good allbeit a little awkward to get in and out but handy as the street parking gets used by people using the marina and people parking up and then going to the beach. Javea is very spanish so if your after somewhere that'll have loads of other brits round the pool then this maybe isn't the place to be, nearly all the people in the surrounding town houses and apartments that were using the pool were Spanish. Thats why we love Javea though, its a great place for a family holiday whilst still keeping a very spanish feel. Lots of things to do in and around the area, water sports, bikes, karting, segway to name a few. There was a great little English Cafe out the back of the complex too which brought a nice feel of home to the holiday. Overall a nice place to stay in a great area of spain which has just the right mix of bars and restaurants with a great spanish feel.

How do damage deposits work?
