Situated right on the beautiful sandy Arenal beach of Javea,with its promenade of good restaurants,bars,shops & supermarkets, the apartment is just a few metres from the beach The large balcony overlooks the extensive gardens & pool area & has a partial sea view .Access to the property & apartments is controlled by security gates with interphone facility.All floors are accessible by lift.Secure underground car parking is available.The old town & port areas of Javea are both within walking distance & there are 2 golf courses a short drive away.

Javea is situated in the Marina Alta region of the Costa Blanca which is one of the most beautiful coast lines in the mediterranean.It is a land of extraordinary contrasts;sparkling sea ,rugged mountains,golden beaches,shear cliffs,white dunes & green valleys unlike many other costa area which are quite dry & barren.

Javea is a principal Costa Blanca resort and without doubt one of the prettiest areas of the med. unspoilt by high-rise development found in many costa resorts. The great variety of green landscapes, the warm climate and friendliness of its people make this one of the most popular resorts with travellers. The town is made up of 3 main areas, the Old Town, Port area, and Playa del Arenal. The old town is outstanding for its narrow streets and unusual architecture. There are many fiestas in Javea particularly the 'Fagueres de St Juan' in June and the Moors and Christians in July. Benidorm with its theme parks is a short drive away and there are several nature parks & other attractions close by to Javea.

The accommodation is very clean and well presented and a nice reception on arrival. The double bed was very, very comfortable and everything you needed was provided. The location is excellent being well placed for the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarket with easy access to the Port and Old Town areas.

“Perfection by the Playa!”

Located not much more than 100m from the minimart and the start of Arenal beach this apartment is a gem of a place. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. We were met by the property owners who gave us a verbal rundown of the wheres and whyfor's of the apartment and the neighbourhood. which was a really nice touch I thought.. They provided a comprehensive information book which we found useful.. This is an ideal location if you want to get up, wander down the beach, have a beer, eat something, catch a few rays and wander back and forth.. this apartment for us was pretty much the gateway to "Chillville"

Easily the best apartment we have stayed in, the owners are great and very, very helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is fantastic, literally a couple of minutes walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and everything you would need. We only wish we had found this apartment years ago, we will definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

“A Perfect Apartment in a Perfect location!”

This was our second Stay at Ron and Sally's apartment but we have been coming to Javea on and off for approx 10 years. Ron and Sally are friendly and helpful. This is by far the best apartment we have stopped in. It is comfortable, clean and well equipped. The bedrooms and lounge are air conditioned but it is also possible to create a nice air circulation by opening the balcony doors and the back kitchen doors at the same time. There are two bathrooms making life easy for familys with children etc and the kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave with plenty of worktop space to prepare meals / drinks etc. There is a large fridge freezer. There is a Masymas supermarket 3 minutes walk away through the garden next to the beach and the beach itself is another minute further on making a car not necessary if the beach is all you desire. The Old town and port area are both a 5 minute drive away with a larger Mercadonna supermarket on the way. The nearby Arenal beach has now had a 2 million euro face lift for 2013 and has some new smart bars and restaurants together with new tiled promenade and parking areas. Our stay was relaxing and near perfect, our two children aged 9 and 7 enjoy the safe shallow swimming at the Arenal beach, but there are also many interesting resorts both along the coast nearby such as Calpe and Altea and inland towards the mountains such as Fonts De Algar waterfalls and Guadalest all of which are less than an hours drive if you fancy a break from the beach. We will definitely use this apartment again and would recommend highy to both couples or family's with children.

The apartment was excellent in every respect. We were there for 2 months (March/April) when the weather wasn't always good and the heating came in very handy. The kitchen was well equipped with microwave, hob & oven, fridge/freeze. The bedrooms had ample wardrobe space and the beds were clean and comfortable. There were many other little extras like books, dvds, cds, games, etc. Sally and Ron, the owners, were only and phone call away to answer any queries and were wonderful 'landlords'. The apartment is perfectly located as it is within easy walking distance of the beach, promenade, supermarket, shops, restaurants, cafes and bus stops. If you don't have a car the local bus takes you into the port area and the old town; is very reliable and reasonably priced. The Arenal is fairly busy with an abundnace of beachside restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The Port area has plenty of restaurants, shops and a cinema (showing films in English). The Old Town is the historic part of Javea with lots of winding streets from which you suddenly come upon a restaurant or shop hidden away from the main area. There is also a very interesting museum (make sure you go to the top of the building - splendid views), an indoor market and an outdoor market on Thursday. There are many good walks around Javea including up to the lighthouse from the harbour, to Portixol along the coastal path and further onto Granedella. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

I stayed in this 2 bed roomed apartment with my two sons, 16 and 19. We was meet by Mr & Mrs Moon outside the apartment, who was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is very close to the beach and shops, also nice area for walking. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. Lovely sized balcony, nice pool and gardens. I would most definitely recommend this apartment to any one, very hard to fault it.

This was our first holiday on mainland Spain and we were not disappointed in any way as we all agreed, my wife, son and I that we had just had one of the most relaxing, refreshing and enjoyable holidays ever. Ron and Sally couldn't have been more helpful from the outset, including really practical advice via emails before we travelled. The apartment was one of the best we've stayed in, probably exceeding our expectations. It has a fantastic location in a lovely, quiet, secure residential complex only a couple of minutes walk from Arenal beach and its variety of cafes, restaurants and shops. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and with a lovely outlook onto extensive gardens and the swimming pool. We made good use of this pool and we were often the only people there. We actually spent a lot of time on the roomy balcony relaxing and having meals which could be easily prepared in the well appointed kitchen. Although Arenal beach can look busy when you first approach it, we found that there was always space at the end we actually came onto from the apartment, and a further advantage here is that it is the ideal end for our snorkelling! The promenade really comes alive in the evening and you are spoilt for choice in terms of places to eat, drink and simply watch the world go past. However, to escape the hustle and bustle a two minute walk brings you back to the apartment where you can relax in the quiet. Did we enjoy our holiday? Undoubtedly, and so much so, that we've already booked to go back in October; there's still so much to see and do. So, watch this space...........

Clean comfortable and well equiped apartment, a short walk to Arenal beach, and shops. Easy to find from airport and owners provided a friendly welcome. Could have done with a better TV selection, but having said that we weren't there to watch TV. Would definitely consider using again.

Ron and Sally gave me a very warm welcome on arrive, with good detailed tour of the apartment, which was well equiped and very clean, all mod cons. The location was close to the beach, shops, cafes and bus service if required. Only a short walk through the enclosed garden and pool area. The apartment was light and homley, a large balcone with large table and chairs. Kitchen was well equiped. Very peaceful.
