Just 400 mtrs from the blue flag 'Arenal' beach, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex apartment is situated in the small luxury gated urbanisation of 'Golden Beach', with private swimming pool, children's splash pool and tropical gardens. (The apartments on this side of Golden Beach are the only ones where the main balcony overlooks the pool) The apartment is finished and furnished to a high standard and has the advantage of free dedicated parking. The large lounge/dining room has a balcony which overlooks the pool and is fully furnished. There are two further terraces on the first floor, where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. As well as a full bathroom and shower room, the main bedroom has a full en suite. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washing machine and sink in the utility area.

This area of the Costa Blanca is known as 'The Dawn of Spain' as it's here that the sun first rises on the mainland. The micro climate of the region has been described as 'idyllic' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year. Javea is ideally situated amongst orange & lemon groves and is in the shadow of the Montgo mountain, the National Park and its wonderful countryside. As a 'meeting place' for the Christians & Moores, there are numerous places of historic interest, which reflect the diverse cultures that Javea has enjoyed over the centuries.

Javea

Javea is a relaxing, 'non brochure' resort that caters for people who want to chill out, enjoy good food & wine and the company of interesting people. The Town itself is divided into three distinct areas, the sandy Arenal beach, which is ideal for children, the Port and it's beautiful Marina and the Old Town, with it's narrow streets, restaurants, bars and shops. In the summer months there is a small children's funfair and a local market on Thursday's. The larger town of Denia is a short drive away, where you can shop till you drop and it's from here that you can catch a ferry to Ibiza. To the south is the busy working town of Calpe and the resort of Altea, both of which have numerous shops, restaurants and weekly markets.If you are a golfer, have a look at the following beautiful courses:Oliva Nova Golf - Club de Golf Oliva Nova, designed by Severiano Ballesteros. “Fantastic Duplex Apartment at Golden Beach, Javea”

I've been going to Javea with friends now for 8 years, sometimes twice a year, and this is by far the nicest apartment we have stayed in. Spacious, clean and perfectly located for the beach, bars and restaurants. We have booked to go back next year!

The apartment was much larger than we expected and very well equipped. The two balconies in the upper level were nice and secluded. Nice pool set in lovely gardens. A short walk to the beach and restaurants also a largish supermarket 2 minutes walk away. We have stayed in Javia many times before but this was by far the best location and accommodation. The owner was easily approachable and extremely helpful.

“Great appartment and location”

We are a family with 3 teenage children from Moscow, Russia. We enjoyed staying in this apartment a lot. Excellent location - just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Very well furnished rooms and the kitchen, equipped with everything one would need during the stay. A lot of stuff for the beach. We appreciated the owner's attention to every detail to make the guests' stay comfortable. Since we were traveling by car, a garage in the basement was also very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Golden Beach! The three-bedroomed apartment was bigger than we had expected; it was on two levels and had three bathrooms (one was a shower room), a very large lounge/diner, a large balcony overlooking the pool and two further balconies upstairs (so you can catch the sun any time of day). It had just about every appliance we could need, including SKY TV with a very good selection of English channels...this was very handy as one of our children can't stay in the sun too long so she was very well entertained! The pool area was lovely, with plenty of mature palm trees to provide shade. I was slightly disappointed that there were no sun loungers, but there were chairs in the apartment we could bring down and there was also plenty of spongy grass we could lay our towels on which was perfectly comfortable. The location was perfect....only about 2 minutes walk to the local supermarket (we were pleasantly surprised how cheap the groceries were!) and about 5 minutes to the lovely sandy Arenal beach and a promenade full of restaurants and shops. On the last day we visited the Irish Bar around the corner and wished we'd found it on the first day.... great food and really friendly staff - would definitely recommend! The Old Town is worth a visit and is about a half-hour walk away - apparently there is a bus that goes that way but we didn't find it. The taxi ride back was 10 Euros. We made the mistake of not hiring a car and transferred from Alicante Aiport using the local bus service, ALSA (Alicante-Benidorm then Benidorm-Javea) Although the price was good, it took us four hours to get from the Airport to our apartment (the bus dropped us off in the Old Town and we walked to the apartment - bad idea!). We transferred back to the airport via taxi which costs around 100 Euros. The taxi took just over an hour! All in all we would say this was one of the best places we have stayed and would thoroughly recommend it!

any communication with the apartment owner was prompt and helpful, good sized apartment that is well equiped,(but no sun loungers), UK tv, fully fitted kichen, (although we ate out everynight), so many places to choose from, from arenal (a short walk), to the port, but dont stick to the main eateries, there are plenty of restaraunts and cafes hidden away down the side roads and out of the town 3 course meal for 8.50 euros, not bad at all! swimming pool is popular, beaches are a plenty, sandy at the arenal, pebbles towards the port, lots of little coves to explore, although you will need a car if you want to get out and about and visit the theme parks and explore.

“Fantastic Apartment in a Great Area”

We have stayed in this apartment, which is centrally located in Javea, right near the busling arenal area of the town, twice now and have booked to return this year. The apartment is very well appointed with 3 beds and 3 bathrooms, and so many balconies, everyone has their own space. The lounge, with a large balcony overlooking the gardens and pool area is lovely for a lunch or supper with everyone as it is a very good size. We had this apartment recommended to us by friends and we in turn have recommended it to friends and family. The area itself is still quite spanish, and has bars, cafes and restaurants to meet everyone's taste and prices are one of the cheapest in Europe. We are looking forward to returning again later this year with yet some more friends who we have tempted to come along.

It is always a pleasure to welcome back previous guests; who over the years have become friends. I have tried to make the property a home and not just somewhere where you open your suitcase for a week or two.
