Recently refurbished studio apartment , modern kitchen area with washing machine etc.Luxury shower room, constant hot water . Balcony with sea view. Air conditioning english cable TV ,video,DVD/CD provided.Close to shops and seafront restaurants.

Well equipped apartment in a fantastic location. We offer long-term lets and short breaks. The outdoor pool nearby is great to cool down in during a hot summers day.

Pool and tennis courts nearby. Children's play facilities and volleyball provided on beach , along with boat hire etc in season.Free car park nearby and unrestricted parking in area. Close to restaurants and shops. Lift available, one small step in lobby. Telephone entry system.

The Valenciana region

Javea with its variety of landscapes, ranging from sandy beaches to mountains and cliffs has a mild climate with more sunny days than anywhere else in Spain. The beaches have a blue flag for cleanliness and the water is quite shallow, warming as the summer progresses. Behind Javea, a ten to fifteen minute drive away, is the imposing Mount Montgo which is situated in its own national park. Valencia is about one hours drive to the north and Alicante is the same distance to the south. There are many tourist attractions up and down the coast and Benidorm is about half an hour to the south.

Javea

The medieval Old Town is a labyrinth of narrow streets and small plazas with whitewashed houses and shops; at the centre is the gothic fortified church of San Bartolme and the popular market. Street cafes serve traditional food at reasonable prices all over Javea ; they are renowned for fresh seafood dishes and especially paella. There are few (if any) noisy disco's as Javea is a quiet family resort. The harbour in the Port area has many fishing boats and there is a large marina and yaught club beyond. There is a boat trip round the cliffs to Denia which leaves regularly from the harbour in the Port area about half a mile from the Arenal area where the apartment is situated.

“Good location for a quiet holiday in the Spanish September sun”

The apartment, although well fitted, is quite compact and is in a block which seems to house many permanent Spanish people, who were very pleasant and polite. A bit difficult to find at first but it is very central for the beach, bars, restaurants and shops: between the 'front-line for tourists' and the main thoroughfare for locals. The tourist office relocates to the far left-end of the beach for July, August and September and many places close after the 15th of September for the season. Lovely beach, with some trees, and the shallows go out a long way. There is not much entertainment except at the campsite about ten minutes walk away. When we were there it was mainly older and retired people on holiday. We would recommend this if you are a couple who like a quiet holiday and enjoy walking, reading and having a quiet drink in the evenings.

Two minute walk to the beach, bars and shops but in a nice quiet street. Did not experience any noise problems from other apartments and the street is very quiet at night. The apartment is well furnished including seats and sun loungers to take to the beach. All the equipment you would expect in an apartment. the entrance to the building is secure and the other residents are friendly and polite. The owner communicates with you very well and is easy to deal with.

Had a lovely stay at the studio apartment. Not huge accommodation but has everything you need and was comfortable enough or 3 adults and a baby. Perfect location for the Arenal (beach, restaurants, bars) just a stones throw away. Practically on the bus route to the Old Town and port (2mins walk). Accommodation lovely and clean. Will be booking again for the Spring.
