With various seating areas there's plenty of space for everyone. Its privileged position makes it a unique and remarkable place.

The villa comes fully equipped with everything you'll need: Modern necessities - wifi, easy to use air con and flatscreen TV with Sky discreetly blend with the traditional yet luxurious interiors. Furnished with a soothing colour palette and a rich mix of materials, expect warm greys, sandy beiges and dark browns.

Location description from owner

The Valencian Country region

Javea (pronounced Havia and spelt locally Xabia) is known as the Peal of the Costa Blanca. It's officially classified by the World Health Authority as 'environmentally near perfect' and designated a conservastion area with no high-rise construction permitted.

The region is known as the 'oasis of Spain' due to an abundance of olive groves, almond trees, citrus fruits, vines and pine forests making the area green all year. Javea enjoys more days of sunshine than anywhere else in Spain with an average of 300 days, and it's said this is where the sun goes on holiday. Known as the White Coast there are hundreds of beautiful coves with Blue Flag status stretched along its spectacular coastline.

Javea

Originally an old fishing village, Javea is now split into three parts. The old town is steeped in history with its famous church, whitewashed buildings and narrow streets. The harbour with its fishing boats, nightly fish markets and a large marina, and the Arenal, a sandy beach with lots of restaurants, bars and a buzzing beach life. The crystal clear Mediterranean coastline stretches for 25kms with a variery of sandy, rocky and pebbled beaches.

Local leisure facilities include tennis, golf, water sports and horse riding. In particular by car, Javea Golf Club is 10 minutes, La Sella Golf 10 minutes, Moraira Golf 25 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes. On a daily basis there are weekly markets in many of the nearby villages and towns

“Complete privacy, homeliness and relaxation”

Reviewed 29 Jul 2013

Where to begin? If we enthuse too much our future booking prospects become more limited, however, we have to say that, from the moment we unlocked the gates that La Casita completely won us over. It would appear that the villa has been gradually modernised internally, and they have done a wonderful job. The bathrooms are bright, modern and inviting. The lounge area is cool, traditionally rather dark, but homely and comfortable, with a deeply inviting L shaped sofa that was ideal to relax in following another taxing day by the pool. The provision of Wi-fi, Sky TV, and Air con were welcome additions which would set this apart from other accommodation in the same price bracket. The bedrooms were cool and calming, with traditional tiled flooring throughout and a sleep inducing Tempur mattress. There was plenty of cupboard space, and copious amounts of linen and towels provided. In fairness, the villa had everything you needed for your stay from bin liners to books. The kitchen was well stocked, and although a little dated, provided plenty of space in which to prepare some amazing meals. The local seafood is not to be missed, especially when accompanied by a refreshing glass of chilled lager Embrau at 65c a litre! The outside space surrounding the villa is simply amazing, there are no views because of the complete privacy, however, top quality pool furniture, sympathetic stonework and a marvellous pool provided total relaxation in the shadow of the "elephant's eye". The pool area is bathed in all day sun, with shade provided by two huge pool umbrellas, and when the heat is too much the wonderful "Naya" ( covered, arched and open sitting area) invites you to sink onto the padded furniture to read or to simply chat. One minuscule downside is that the villas on The Montgo are somewhat cheek by jowl and during the school summer holidays , the excitable pool noise from surrounding villas might prove rather irksome for those seeking the quiet and solitude which we enjoyed. All in all, a wonderfully relaxing holiday in a delightful villa. The owners were charm personified and provided lots of information about the villa and the surrounding area. Would we return? .... Absolutely! In a heartbeat. Book it, you deserve a relaxing break!

“A charming peaceful villa, all you could ask for.”

An amazing villa in a fantastic location. So quiet and relaxing – the pool was superb and the villa was gorgeously decked out and so spacious. Just a short drive to a number of lovely restaurants and bars, but far enough away to feel peaceful and private. An absolute gem! We can't thank you enough for providing us with such a stunning location for our honeymoon.
