All the practicality of a town house, but set within an easy walk to the beaches and port area of Javea, this property is the ideal place from which to enjoy everything Javea has to offer - A spacious 3 bedroom town house in a seaside location:

Ground Floor: Lounge, Diner, Kitchen, WC and 2 Terraces
First Floor: 1 Twin , 1 Double bedroom and a bath/shower room.
Second Floor: 1 Double bedroom and a bath/shower room.

The communal family-friendly pool and gardens are only a few feet from the rear terrace.

The town house is situated just 150 metres from the sea where, throughout the long season, there are a number of traditional Spanish beach bars. Just a 10-minute walk takes you to the Arenal, with its wide sandy beaches, promenade, relaxing beach side bars and numerous restaurants of every cuisine imaginable.

Once you arrive you can relax, soak up the atmosphere, let the stresses of life evaporate with everything you need within a short walk - you may not need to use your car between arriving and leaving. For example, the local Mercadonna supermarket is just a 10-minute walk away.

The accommodation is set up for 6 people in 3 double bedrooms. If you are in a smaller group we will consider giving a discount, please ask when you apply.

High Chair and Cots are available for younger children (on request).

Please note that arrival and departure days are flexible, apart from in the high season when we try to arrange Saturday to Saturday bookings

Prices are per week, part weeks are available, with a minimum stay of 5 nights.

A deposit of 30% is required upon booking (Non-refundable), with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Refundable security deposit of £100 required to cover damage/loss/excessive cleaning, payable with balance.

The apartment is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. There is an amount of flexibility with these times, depending on bookings prior to or after your holiday.

The location of the garden and pool make this property an excellent choice for parents with children of all ages. The pool has a separate shallow section making it a safe choice for younger users. We have fold-up chairs for sitting by the pool and table and chair sets on the front and rear terraces.

The Costa Blanca, with its turquoise Mediterranean sea, blue flag beaches and its host of championship golf courses between Alicante and Valencia, is the perfect holiday location, suitable for all age groups. There are a wide variety of theme parks nearby, and other activities include fishing, tennis, boating, go-karting, jet skiing, diving. Javea is recognised by the world health organisation as one of the healthiest places in the world. With an average of 320 days of sunshine per year, it is an ideal place to holiday.

Within easy walking distance of the property are the Arenal, the Javea port and the stretch of coast between them.

At the Arenal, apart from the award-winning beach, there is an excellent choice of boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Javea port is full of small tapas bars and restaurants, again catering for all tastes and budgets.

The coast line which stretches between the port and the Arenal contains many "Chiringitos", these traditional Spanish beach bars are a must for any holidaymaker.

The area enjoys a great climate for holiday makers, and it is one of the finest holiday rental areas in Europe. Ideal for young families it has a very safe bay with plenty of water activities available.

Within 20 minutes of the apartment you have Club de Golf de Javea and the Marriott La Sella Golf & Spa resort.

If you are in Javea during June and July you might be lucky enough to enjoy the Moors and Christians parade, but the are many other fiestas during the long summer season.

Travelling out of Javea, you might wish to visit the local village of Gata which is great for antiques and basketware. Nearby Benidorm is home to the magnificent Terra Mittica theme park and the Aqualandia Water Park.

The large town of Denia is only a 15 minute drive away, from where you can take ferry to Ibiza.

Within approximately one hours drive are the major cities of Valencia or Alicante.

“Great location”

Spent 2 weeks here. The house is very well located. 10 minutes from the main beach, Arenal and about 15-20 minutes walk to the old port. The seafront is just 5 minutes away and dotted with lovely bars every few 100m. The house is quite nice and well furnished. The pool is a shared pool but a nice one. There were other kids our kids made friends with and had a good time. There is a supermarket close by and fresh seafood there was great. Javea is a lovely town, not a big place. The beaches are very family friendly, safe and clean. Options to eat out are very good too. Nature Park offers lovely walks and great views.
