Large 3 bedroom family villa with air con in all 3 bedrooms

The villa is set in a 1000squ meter plot in a quiet residential area called Adsubia. The villa is 15 minute walk to the main Arenal Beach and promenade. There is a large super market 500m from villa. There is also a fab restaurant / bar within 5 min walk from the villa (walk is off main road). The villa is situated on a quiet lane. There is a large drive which has an electric gate (providing privicy and security) The drive can hold 5 cars and there is a lean-to which keeps a car cool when not in use.

The villa has FREE WIFI

The property is nicely furnished throughout and offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for your family. There is lovely garden area surrounding a 10meter x 4meter swimming pool with ample sun bathing areas. There is an additional toilet / shower block within the garden.

There is a BBQ and large seated patio area. The villa also hosts a sauna. (an additional £100 charge will be added for the use of the sauna if required on booking)

Sorry no pets allowed

The downstairs bathroom has been fully refurbished - April 2017

The villa was better than it looked on line, it had everything you could need ,the pool was beautiful and much needed as it was very hot,our sons and 2 grandsons had an absolute ball ,I really would recommend anyone to book this villa ,from beginning to our leaving everything was dealt with really quickly ,i would love to return .

Javea is really lovely. Villa Alicia was all it is advertised to be. Well located to Arenal Beach being a 5min drive away. Supermarket was just around the corner. Welcome pack provided by the owner Alice was vey helpful as was Scott the owners son on meeting us with the keys. The owner and Scott were also quick to help with any inquiries we had. The villa has everything you need and the garden with pool, sun loungers & outside dining area were lovely, tidy, clean & private. Me and my partner David were very impressed overall and definately would go back and would highly recommend a stay here.

How do damage deposits work?
