Getting around

Getting to supermarkets take approx. 3 to 5 mins and walking to the beach 7 - 10 mins. Although a car is not essential , I would advise one for shopping when bringing large items home.

Very Good

“Sharonade-lives up to its billing!”

Reviewed 8 Jun 2015

A beautifully maintained villa, all modern amenities, with its own large pool and extensive totally secure gardens, ideal for us with grandchildren. The location was as described,a 10/12 minute walk to Arenal beach. There were lots of restaurants and bars in this area,as well as more in the old port area.Adrian was extremely helpful, and welcomed us at the very late hour on the evening we arrived, due to our flight time! We were truly sorry to leave, and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Sharonade to friends and family alike.

“Everything you expected and asked for.”

Lovely Villa and in a great part of Javea which we know well with many amenities so close. Sharon and Adrian were great throughout the booking process and on hand during the stay if needed. Everything you hoped for and was as good as expected. Great place, great stay and look forward to the next time.

“Absolutely perfect place to stay”

This was our first time at Sharonade and It couldn't of been at a more perfect place, the villa was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We have two very small children and they loved it. We love it that much we have just booked for next year. Thank you so much Sharon and Adrian for the pleasure of your villa :)

“Wonderful place to stay”

I've been to Sharonade a few times and it never fails to please. The area itself is so quiet although still close to the beach and the views from the villa are stunning. There is a cosy feel to the villa which really makes it a home from home. The bed in the main bedroom is incredibly comfortable and the shower in the en-suite is awesome. It's a lovely place to stay and gets better every time I go.

“Beautiful villa in a quiet and good location”

Reviewed 11 Oct 2013

Stayed in this lovely villa in September 2013 and luckily we had fantastic weather. We were a party of seven, 4 adults and 3 teenagers including my disabled daughter. Only two steps up to villa so disabled people need to be able to get out of wheelchair but the large walk-in shower was great for my daughter. Arenal beach about 800m with lots bars and restaurants (champagne cocktail bar food was great value for money)and port about 1500m. Gardens an pool area are spacious and fantastic, although pool quite cold due to time of year. However, it did warm up late afternoon. The only niggle was the lack of pavements and crossings by the villa for the wheelchair but we did manage to use a storm tunnel and a dirt track and quiet roads to get to the beach. However, Adrian was very understanding and has sent a photo of my disabled daughter in her wheelchair trying to cross main road to the town mayor. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful villa and thanks for your hospitality. The Selby family

Owner's reply: I am delighted that you had a wonderful holiday and that you didn't mind allowing us to send your photo to our mayor to try and get better pavements for disabled persons. This is the reply I received from the Mayor, so we are keeping our fingers crossed for the near future. October 4 Good morning Mrs. Shakespeare, the technics are studying the possibility of having a crossing and pavement at the round about to improve it for wheelchairs users, I will keep you apdated .

“Amazing in every way”

Perfect place in perfect location and met one of the owners, Adrian who was so welcoming and helpful! The photos of the villa do not do the place justice! Came with my hubby, 2 kids aged 1 and 4, and extended family and had a perfectly relaxing holiday. The bbq was the perfect end to the night! It was beautiful sitting out in the evening! It was a 10 minute walk from the beach. I am dying to go back and we are planning to go back next year or the year after. You wont be disappointed, thank you Adrian and Sharon !

“Great villa for families”

Reviewed 28 May 2013

Everything about the villa and location was great - the enclosed grounds were perfect and safe for toddlers and young children. Nice pool and the only improvement would be to have it heated (and gated for very young children). Good areas to sit in the sun or shade any time of the day. Very spacious villa inside and out. All in all a perfect choice for our needs.

This was our second visit to this fantastic villa in Javea. Excellent location within walking distance (no hills) of everything. The outside area of this very private villa is where it excels, great pool, beautiful gardens and interesting scenery. This accomadation was well suited for our party which was made up of teenagers and young adult children including boyfriends. The owners were very helpful in an unobtrusive way and proved invaluable with heavy shopping as we did not hire a car. We will certainly be back ! Thank you Sharon and Adrian.

Owner's reply: we look forward to welcoming you back. Thank you

“Villa Sharonade und Javea – eine traumhafte Kombination”

Reviewed 19 Jul 2011

“Spacious calming and relaxing”

Reviewed 29 Jun 2011

We had the pleasure of staying at this fabulous Villa. It has an enclosed garden and pool area, where you can relax without being overlooked. Inside the Villa, the rooms are spacious and have modern decor, but retain the feel of a Spanish Finca. .The Kitchen was fab. and had a Spanishy feel to it with every gadget required to make cooking a pleasure. A highlight was using the juicer to squeeze freshly picked oranges from the tree outside. We hired a car which was useful. As well as spending time in Xabia which we loved we visited Altea, Denia, Moreira, Calpe and Benidorm. We did get stuck last year in Spain de to the volcanic ash and Sharon and Adrian went out of their way to help us. I really hope to return one day to Sharonade.

Owner's reply: Thank you so much
