About the area:

Esterillos Oeste is a true undiscovered paradise - far from crowded beaches, it is a peaceful and tranquil fishing community located on the Pacific coast. The village consists of five restaurants, one grocery store, surf rental shops, a soccer field, and a church. Local activities include zip-lining, monkey tours, bird watching, fishing, diving, surfing lessons, jungle tours on horseback, beautiful waterfalls and the world famous Manuel Antontio National Wildlife Conservation Park. The beach runs East and West, meaning both beautiful sunrises and sunsets are a daily sighting. Despite being one of Costa Rica's best kept secrets, it is well known for one of the most consistent and cleanest breaks for surfers. Besides surfing, the waters are abundant with fish, with fishermen collecting their daily catch each morning. Stop by after your early morning walk, and pick-up fresh fish straight from the local fishermen. At low tide the size of the beach increases dramatically, creating a beautiful vastness of dark sand waiting to be explored!

    How do damage deposits work?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John Zaranek and (the owner) a message.

    If John Zaranek and (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
