Description

Beautiful, spacious, 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit on the 12th floor of the most upscale beachfront resort on the Ixtapa beach. The unit is newly renovated with comfortable high end furnishings, flat screen TV with cable and DVD player in family room, and free WiFi internet. The family and dining room, and kitchen have unequaled views of the entire beach and a spacious balcony which includes lounge chairs and table for four that allows one to enjoy the ocean breezes.

The bedroom has a king size bed with pillow top mattress, large closet with adequate space for hanging clothes and additional drawer space in a large bureau. In addition, there is a private safe in the closet to maintain the security of your valuables. The bedroom has a large picture window that overlooks the golf course, Ixtapa Marina, and the mountains. All rooms and balcony offer ceiling fans with electronic wall mounted controls.

The unit has single zone air conditioning with key control. Although the ocean breezes that waft through when the windows are open are frequently all that is needed

The dining area has a new table and chairs for four and adjoins the family room which sports comfortable leather furniture, television, DVD, and a small library of books.

The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances including coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, gas, range, oven, and microwave. We also supply all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. Clothes washer and dryer are also located in the unit.

The complex offers a first class resort style experience where every attempt to cater to you needs is made. There is 24 hour front entrance and beach side security as well as a 24 lobby attendant. The second floor gymnasium is large, free and includes several top of the line exercise machines. The gym faces the ocean and has large floor to ceiling windows, just as in e apartments. Additionally, there is an on-site spa with steam and sauna rooms and massage services. On the ground level her is a large children's playroom overflowing with toys and games for children of various ages. There is a lighted tennis and paddle ball court on site and ample parking. Adjacent to the administrative office on the second floor, there is a business center and large theater area.

The pool area is top of the line. There is ample sun or shaded seating and a phenomenal 70 mete infinity pool overlooking the beach. Additionally, there is a large children's wading pool, a separate adults only pool and two large jacuzzis. Seating around the pool area is plentiful and there additional lounges under the palapas (umbrellas) on the beach. There is poolside drink drink and snack service from the snack bar which also serves as the on-site restaurant where the food is quite good and affordable. The complexes wireless internet is also accessible poolside.

The beach itself is a 1.75 mile stretch of soft sand with gentle surf comfortable for children as well as boogie boarders and body surfers. Jet-skis, para-sailing, kayaking, and banana boat rides are also available.

The town of Ixtapa is small but offers numerous dining venues from inexpensive to fine dining and all of itexcellent. There are many small shops and a local small craft market, ATM's, banks, pharmacies, coffee bars, gelato shops, and convenience stores nearby. In addition, there are several clubs and a casino that offer an active night life as well.

Although rental cars are available both at the airport and in Ixtapa, taxis are plentiful and easily obtained. The rides to and from Zihuatanejo are inexpensive where there are additional shops, restaurants and fully stocked supermarkets.

Our local management company goes by the name SpazioIxtapa and will greet you at the complex and orient you to he unit and the facility. If desired pick up at the airport can be arranged. They are readily available by phone, email, or front desk personnel at the complex can contact them for you. They will also arrange for maid cleaning service to have the unit ready for you and do a midweek cleaning to include changing bedding and towels.
