Ixtapa condo description

Unwind and relax in our roomy 2,700 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo where you will fall in love with the spectacular views of the beach and the beautiful sunsets. The view continues into the bedrooms and onto the spacious terrace. Rest assured you will not want to leave. New for 2016! UV purified and filtered water at every faucet!

This very comfortable condo has an open concept living area with lots of room to stretch out and enjoy. While there is the option of the air conditioner, we have installed 7 ceiling fans in the living area, terrace and bedrooms and two of the bathrooms [eco-smart]. Having the windows and sliding glass doors open and the ceiling fans on provides a nice breeze that keeps things cool both day and night.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you will need for your stay. If cooking is not an option there is the full service poolside restaurant that is open until late afternoon or there are a variety of restaurants across the street in Ixtapa. You can also take a short taxi or bus ride into Zihuantanejo for more dining options.

Bedroom 1 Master king opens directly onto the large terrace, full bath and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 mountain /ocean king has beautiful views of the mountains and it's own private terrace with views of the ocean. Large closet, Jack and Jill full bath! Bedroom 3, double queen room has mountain views ans it own walk-in close with full bath. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated, have very comfortable pillow-top beds and have ceiling fans for your sleeping pleasure. All bedrooms have black-out blinds for sleeping.

The terrace has lounge chairs as well as a patio set where you can enjoy a frozen margarita or a cold Corona. Great sunsets during high season!

Lighting in the condo is LED. [eco-smart].

The condo is equipped with private internet services and a MagicJack telephone with free calls to the US and Canada. Calls to the rest of the world for a small fee. There is a 60 inch Smart TV and a DVD player. There is also a business office and wireless internet throughout the building. Enjoy the calm and the privacy this condo offers. For your peace of mind and convenience, there is a keyless-entry lockset your code given upon arrival by our property manager.

The Bayview Grand offers many amenities within the secure, gated complex which include two large infinity pools, a hot tub and poolside food and beverage service. The spa has saunas, whirlpools, steam rooms and an exercise room which can be used for a small fee paid directly to BVG. You can also make an appointment for a massage, manicure or pedicure. There is also a tennis court. The grounds are well kept and the building is very clean.

The beach is one of the best on the Pacific side of Mexico and offers banana boat rides, parasailing and wave riders. Fishing trips can be arranged and there are golf courses nearby. You will never be without something to do even if that something is doing nothing at all.

Please note: This is an entirely non-smoking condo. It can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. While children are welcome, anyone 25 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult for the entire stay. A resort fee of 300 pesos per adult and 150 pesos per child to be paid at check-in.

The owner[s] require their contract to be signed and collects a $700 security deposit 30 days before arrival.

-If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our rental contract after viewing [48hrs], we will terminate your reservation upon request.
