Hi there and welcome to our spacious apartment which is located in the trendy asmalimescit, simply the best part of the Beyoglu area ( istanbuls equivalent of Soho), close to Sishane and Taksim metro stops. Galata tower and the historic tunel is a five minute walk. The apartment is newly renovated, super clean and stylishly furnished. It faces the world famous Pera Palace Hotel of Orient express fame and the five star Mamara Pera hotel with its superb rooftop Mikla restaurant. The apartments location is convenient for access to both the historical peninsula of Sultanahmet and the Beyoglu neighbourhoods. Guests will find many alternative as well as high quality shops, cafes wine bars and excellent restaurants on their doorstep. We require a min of 48 hours notice for any booking.

65 square metres - Its a proper one bed apartment with a separate living room, bedroom and a separate kitchen.
3rd floor. No Lift. The building is a mix of residential and commercial premises. Caretaker lives on the ground floor. The windows are double glazed and the building is on a small side road off the main drag.

The room has a lovely spacious urban feel. Recently renovated, there is a comfortable sofa, armchairs and coffee table. There is cable TV along with wireless internet. The dining table seats four - perfect for enjoying a meal. The living area is also equipped with air conditioning and an abundance of natural light streams through the large windows. We have a folding bed that is suitable for a third guest.
The kitchen is brand new and contemporary. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, a fridge freezer, electric oven, electric hob and extractor fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for your holiday. A supermarket and several small grocery stores can be found closeby. Several good Breakfast places can be found nearby including the Velvet cafe and cafe Privado near the Galata Tower
The good sized bedroom situated at the side of the apartment has a double size bed with attractive headboard and wall lamps. Crisp freshly laundered white cotton bed linen,fluffy pillows and deep soft white towels are provided. Good storage is provided by a fitted wardrobe with a mirrored door.
The fully tiled shower room is located next to the bedroom. There is a separate shower enclosure, vanity unit with mirror and inset lights, a toilet. Some toiletries are included.

The apartment is convenient for access to both, the historical peninsula (old town) and the Taksim neighbourhoods. The new metro extensions also mean you can now reach the Asian shore easily. There are numerous shops including a supermarket close by as well as many small stores, restaurants and a variety of entertainment and cultural venues. This is a fantastically diverse area rich in history and sites The vintage tram, tunel funicular are also minutes away.
