The flat in Historical Building with UNIQUE Location and MAGNIFICENT SEA VIEW My flat is located in Beyoglu, the heart of Istanbul where is by the Golden Horn ( Haliç ) It is situated at the third floor of 100 years old historical building offering you an amazing view of Golden Horn. It is decorated with both antique and modern design handmade furniture. Antique furniture used to belong to the very first owner of the house. They are still in very good condition and getting together with high ceilings, wooden floor and modern decoration; it creates a cozy and spacious atmosphere. There are 4 bedrooms , 2 bedrooms has Golden Horn views and the other looks to the garden, fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with espresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, lounge for shared place for all guest that connects to dining area. There are 2 bathrooms, the main bathroom with shower cabinet, WC and washing machine, and the other one with WC. Free wi fi connection is available in all rooms that you cozily enjoy web surfing, study or work in your own room. We offer a wide range of brochure, booklet and map of Istanbul and Turkey to explore nice places around region. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms but there is a smoking in the dining area. The location of the house is unique that you can easily and safely reach to well known places in Istanbul. It is just 10 min. walking distance to Taksim, Beyoğlu where you can eat&drink, go outside and cultural institutes - 5 min. walking to Galata Tower - Less than 15 min walking to Karaköy, the Ferry harbor where you can pass ASIA - Less than 10 min. walking to Istiklal Street You can reach rest of the Istanbul by public transport like city buses and metro that stations are located just next to the building. It is superb location if you would like to visit the historical peninsula; Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar, Topkapi Palace that can be reached within 30 minutes walking by crossing the famous Galata Bridge. Base on the location, it is very nice accommodation and safe place for people who would like to explore the hearth of Istanbul, historical places, enjoy Taksim night life, visiting art galleries and exhibitions.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
