My apartment is in Beşiktaş Grand Bazaar, a safe neighborhood where mainly locals, university students mostly live. Beşiktaş is mainly called " the center of Istanbul"

It's in a dynamic street where you can eat, shop and meet locals but also positioned in a calm and quiet area where you can have a rest after a heavy day of exploring the city.

The apartment is in the second floor and has 2 bedrooms.

I provide fresh clean linens and towels for your use during your stay. The bedrooms look at to a nice backyard of the street so it's very quite during the day and night.

The kitchen if fully equipped that includes, refrigerator, dish washer, oven.

The apartment has a washing machine.

The living room is very cozy and large enough with a L shaped couch and a practical dining table.

It has a Flat screen LCD TV & DVD Player

The bathroom is also big enough with a nice tub.

Why stay in Beşiktaş?

It is 5 minutes walking to the closest ferry to go to the Asian side,

10 minutes to Taksim, Beyoglu!!

10 minutes walking to Nişantaşı (luxury neighbourhood with fancy restaurants and fashion stores)

10 minutes walking to Ortaköy!I (great view, shopping and local pubs)

20 minutes to Kurucesme (internationally known night clubs)

It is also close to the main conference complex of İstanbul at Harbiye and the bussiness zone Levent.

From Ataturk airport, 40 minutes drive with express buses and 30 minutes car drive)

It's a very safe neighbourhood.

It's one of the best and well-designed apartment in the neighbourhood. The apartment has its own entrance!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
