➢ Even if the apartment is in the centre, its located in a safe and quiet neighborhood far from the loud voices, music and crowd.

➢ 5 minutes walk to Demiroren (the biggest shopping mall in Taksim)

➢ 10 minutes walk to the famous Galata Tower.

➢ Public Transportation is just in front of the apartment. 1 minute to the bus station where you can take buses to all over Istanbul (Blue mosque,Topkapi palace,Grand bazar and many other famous places). 7 minutes walk to Taksim metro and 3-4 minutes walk to Taksim Nostalgic Tramway.

➢If you enjoy walking you can do so in about 15 minutes to Galata bridge where you find a big range of fish restaulants or maybe Eminonu where you find Ferry Station to Asian side & Bosphorus Tour. In about 20 minutes walk the Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sophia (Ayasofya), Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and the Grand Bazaar will be a place for you to enjoy the day.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
