Que diriez-vous de rassembler votre famille ou vos amis en un seul lieu central?

A 2h au sud de Paris, à 3h30 de Nantes, Bordeaux, Lyon et Toulouse... l'Indre, traversé par l'A20 et la ligne SNCF Paris-Toulouse se trouve idéalement situé pour vos week-ends, ou vos vacances en famille, entre amis ou pour une cousinade, mariage....

le Gîte est situé sur une exploitation agricole céréalière. Vous serez logés dans une maison de maître du 18ème, entièrement rénovée en 2013 et rafraichie en 2023, sur un terrain arboré de 3 000m² non clos.

Passer un séjour dans notre gîte, c'est retrouver le temps d'apprécier les journées à buller au grand air, une véritable raison de changer de rythme et partir en quête d'un nouvel équilibre ! C'est être au calme, sans être totalement dans un lieu reculé, puisque nous nous trouvons à 4 kms de la sous-préfecture de l'Indre, Issoudun (gare à 5 km).

Carole et Patrice Branchereau s'engagent à vous accueillir dans ce havre de paix verdoyant aux portes de la ville et à partager avec vous leur métier d'agriculteurs céréaliers, si vous le souhaitez. C'est avec plaisir qu'ils pourront vous faire participer aux travaux des champs (tour de tracteur, de batteuse...). Vous aurez aussi l'avantage de déguster à chaque saison un trésor de la nature (cerises, prunes, tomates, lentilles...) et de vous promenez au milieu de la faune sauvage (chevreuils, lièvres, lapins, perdrix...). Au plaisir de notre future rencontre.

Why can't I call Carole (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carole (the owner) a message.

If Carole (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
