All rooms are on the ground floor. There is one double bedroom, as well as a separate shower room and WC. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, and an open-plan living room and dining area. Outside there is a small decked courtyard area with seating available. Roadside parking is available. The Old Bakery is perfect for a romantic getaway for two.

Amenities: Electric heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, a selection of books and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Wood fired Hot Tub. Stone courtyard area with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 minute walk and refurbished Pub and Restaurant in Whithorn - short walk approx 200 yards.. Note: Bed access from one side only. Note: The fireplace is there as a feature and not as a working fire. Note: Bar and restaurant short walk from the property. Note: The owners have now launched their own pasteurised farm fresh whole milk to market and have milk vending machines located at Balnab Farm where guests are welcome to purchase farm fresh whole milk and/or flavoured milk 7 days a week from 8 am until 9 pm from their small dairy herd of Holstein friesians that are milked twice a day at Balnab Farm.

Town: Newton Stewart is a former burgh town in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. The town was founded in the mid 17th century by William Stewart, the youngest son of the 2nd Earl of Galloway. Granite from the area was used in the construction of most major docksides in Britain. The town hosts a local market, and a number of services to support the farming industry.
