Included in Price: Spacious 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath villa, High-speed golf cart that seats 5, wagon that connects to golf cart to transport beach items, 2 kayaks, gas grill, corn hole game, and darts. COME AND ENJOY ALL THAT THIS PROPERTY HAS TO OFFER WITH YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

Use of pool.

The villa is a three minute golf cart ride or five minute walk to the beach, and is adjacent to the ocean-front Links Golf Course. Located directly across the street is the driving range and putting green. The Links Clubhouse Pro Shop, bar, and restaurant are directly next to the condo and are available for your enjoyment.

The villa has an open floor plan with wide plank pine floors, high ceilings, and is beautifully decorated with the finest furnishings and decor.

The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, with stacked full-size washer/dryer, 27 cubic foot refrigerator with ice maker, under-counter lighting, new granite counter-tops, and an extended granite kitchen eating area that seats four.

Available for your use is a blender, microwave, 2 coffee-makers (a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker), and 4-slice toaster.

The dining area has a large round glass-top table that seats 8. Adjacent to the dining area is a granite-top bar that seats 4.

In the living room area there is a large sofa and a love seat, a recliner, and a 47-inch flat screen TV with DVD player. The Direct TV service includes all premium channels including HBO, Cinemax, and Starz.

Off the living room is the sunroom with 2 comfortable chairs and six large floor to ceiling windows that overlook the marsh.

MASTER BEDROOM-The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, dressers, 2 large closets and a 37" wall-mounted flat screen TV. Off the bedroom is a recently remodeled bathroom with shower and new tile, vanity, mirror, etc.

GUEST BEDROOM-The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds with a wall-mounted 37" flat screen combination TV/DVD player. Off the bedroom is a newly remodeled full bath with shower and tub.

LOFT BEDROOM-The loft bedroom has a queen bed and a half bath.

The porch area has 4 comfortable chairs and ceiling fan. Directly in front of the condo is a commons area with two large tables and seating for 8.

The garage is totally secure with an electric garage door and has plenty of storage for all the beach items, golf cart and parking. In addition, a private , full outside shower with hot/cold water for usage after a day at the beach is available.

Linens and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

BABY ITEMS ARE PROVIDED: High chair, pack-n-play, umbrella stroller and booster chair.
