This luxury town house, stylishly decorated with Laura Ashley fabrics, can be found in the prestigious 'Green Club', adjacent to Islantilla Golf Club (rated Top 100 Best Courses in Europe by Golf Digest) with its 27 holes. It is a peaceful & secure gated complex with a stunning pool and own parking. The property consists of a lounge/dining room with open fire, leading out onto a secluded private patio and lawned garden, fully equipped kitchen & utility room WC,2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms,2 of which have balconies overlooking pool and beautifully maintained luscious gardens. All rooms have ceiling fans( except one with sloping ceiling which has free-standing fan) and radiators and the double beds have new viscoelastic mattresses for extra comfort. At only a 70km drive from Faro airport,the stylish resort of Islantilla can be found on Spain's 'Coast of Light',often referred to as the 'Spanish Algarve' or 'Spain's Best Kept Secret'. Its beautiful sandy beaches stretch for miles and its lack of over-development means it has retained its natural beauty with its backdrop of sand-dunes and pine trees.Available activities include sailing, windsurfing, cycling, golf, tennis and for nature lovers,a trip to Doñana Nature Reserve.Islantilla has its own shopping mall with some exclusive shops and over 20 restaurants and bars at which to enjoy a chilled glass of local wine accompanied by a plate of fresh fish overlooking the sea. You can watch the local fishermen in La Antilla next to Islantilla and even join them for a days fishing. The local markets in La Antilla and Isla Cristina are not to be missed. For those seeking culture, the cities of Seville,Jerez and Cadiz are an easy drive away. With Ryanair now offering direct low-cost flights from the UK to Seville airport, 120 km from Islantilla, this makes travel options even more attractive.Golf:Islantilla Golf was inaugurated in 1992 and since then it has become one of the best and most well-known Spanish golf courses in Europe.In 1995 it was the chosen venue for the Turespaña Masters won by Alex Cejka, as well as various Challenge Tour tournaments, including the APG of Spain. Islantilla

This area has a predominantly Spanish feel to it - being a very popular holiday destination for Spaniards from all over Spain. It is famous for its fresh seafood, in particular its "gambas blancas" (white prawns) and its crisp white wines.The area also offers a lot for those wishing to venture further afield - the "Sierra de Aracena" with its typically pretty little white villages, its cave and famous for its cured ham. The Doñana National Park is the biggest ecological reserve in Europe and offers safari trails and horse riding. Visit Palos de la Frontera to see the replicas of Columbus' flag ships and La Rabida Monastery. Owing to Islantilla's proximity to Portugal it makes an ideal base for touring the Algarve. We have a folder in the house packed full of information of the most interesting places to visit, where to eat etc. The stunningly beautiful city of Seville is a must for all lovers of history and culture and having made it my home for over twenty years I'm more than happy to provide guests with all the necessary information. Whenever possible, we try to meet and greet our guests personally, but when this is not possible we have a very reliable English speaker to receive you.
