This gorgeous, comfortable, and modern seaside luxury penthouse is situated in Isla Plana, just 5 minutes walk to beautiful clean beach & charming local shops and cafes. Located just outside Puerto de Mazarron (a gem of a destination for seasides holiday destination seekers for both locals and visitors from around the world!

Magnificent Beaches:
Enjoy a 5 minute stroll to the closest beach for maximum relaxation and enjoyment, or take a short 10 minute drive from the penthouse along the coastal track and beach to Puerto de Mazzaron. This lovely town is truly a "home away from home" and has everything you need for comfortable day-to-day living, including convenient supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, café bars and restaurants.

Shopping:
Partake in some retail therapy in the area's finest shopping malls throughout the area. The largest retail outlets can be found in Murcia and Cartagena

Fun Activities:
Visit an exciting Wildlife Park - Terra Natura is a new-generation wildlife park where you can discover the “Zooimmersion” experience – a new concept in habitat design which will enable you to come into contact with the animals as if there were no barriers between you – at least, no visible ones! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chats (the owner) a message.

If Chats (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
