We have a beautiful appointed 2 bedroomed town house with a secluded roof garden and balcony all with panoramic views. The house is tastefully furnished and immaculate throughout. The lounge leads to the tiled patio area providing a wonderful place to sit, eat, drink and up soak up the sun. Furnished with a table with 4 chairs and umbrella The patio areas is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds - a short shrub lined path leads to the communal pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. There are toilets and showers around the pool area.
The property has a private roof terrace with sunlongers. This has a lovely view of the sea and the mountains in the background and overlooks the communal pool as well. we are pleased to say we have various English channels a good selection of dvds and a selection of books and games.
We have a very good management company that look after our house and make sure it is very clean and kept in and in good condition.

Irini Gardens is a small complex of approx 28 town houses on two levels with a communal pool and beautiful mature gardens with a separate showers, toilets and changing area, the pool area has a good selection of sun loungers and parasols
We also have ample car parking.We have a private roof terrace for you to enjoy the views.
Complimentary welcome pack (tea,coffee,milk,sugar,bread, butter, jam and a bottle local of vine) will be waiting for you upon arrival to get your holiday off to a good start.
The rate is a weekly rate for the house for up to 4 adults, short breaks are also available, we have a cot for children (no additional cost),we would require a £100 (non refundable) deposit to secure your reservation. we advice you to take out holiday insurance. full payment can be paid on arrival to our management company.we have credit or debit card facilities for your convenience.
if we have not got any guests arriving on your departure date and you have a late flight you can stay in the house.
Please note:we do not take a holding fee if any damage occurs in our property or on the complex this will incur a fee to repair any damage.
The Paphos District
Southern Cyprus is known for its excellent climate - it boasts 300 days of sunshine, it has much to offer in places to visit. It is an Island of legends with ancient ruins, stone villages, beautiful beaches, just take a short car ride over Akamas to Latchi-Pollis, 2 lovely fishing villages then visit the lively tourist town of Paphos with it's excellent restaurants shops and ancient harbour.
The house is situated in the pretty village of Peyia (Pegia) amenties including a great supermarket,doctors,chemist,banks a wonderful bakery a good selection of restaurants coffee shops and tavernas all reasonably priced.
Activities available nearby include diving, golf, horse riding, swimming, walking, water skiing, Waterpark, golf courses and fishing - something for all the family!

"Lovely 3 storey apartment, great value for money!"
My girlfriend and I stayed in this lovely 3 storey apartment for 2 weeks, 23/6/11 - 7/7/11 and had a great holiday. The apartment is great value for money, in a good location and has everything you could ask for when on holiday. One of about 15 apartments in a horse-shoe shaped complex, surrounding a nice pool and beautiful coloured gardens, the complex sits on the hill between Peyia and Coral Bay. Coral Bay is only a 5 minute drive away, walking time about 25 minutes, so a car is recommended. The nearest shop/supermarket is about a 10 minute walk in the other direction, heading up the hill to Peyia. The apartment is built on 3 levels: The ground floor has a small but well equipped kitchen, livingroom/dining room, toilet, and patio doors leading out to a patio which faces out onto the gardens. A nice area to sit out for lunch or have a drink at night. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and clean. The top floor is a lovely roof terrace which looks out to sea in one direction and over the hills in the other direction. Great views all round! There are also 2 sun loungers and a BBQ on the roof terrace so great if you're looking for a spot of privacy. The roof terrace is a great feature which really separates this property from others. The whole apartment is immaculate and very tidy. I would definately recommend this property to couples, young and older, and also families. During our stay the complex was really quiet which was exactly what we were looking for. As we were leaving it was starting to get a little busier as the main holiday season approached, but most days it was only us and 3/4 others round the pool. Coral Bay was lovely too, great restaurants and bars so plenty variety on offer. I would definately recommend hiring a car to get around as the walk from Coral Bay to the apartment can be pretty hard work in 30 degree heat! Overall great value for money, good location, very clean and tidy, great complex with pool and gardens and the added bonus of the roof terrace really does complete the package!
