Dunvrichtin provides a charming and elegant 'feel at home' bungalow accommodation. The 3 bedrooms are enriched with their own character each equipped with an En Suite (large shower, toilet and wc), exceptionally large double mirrored wardrobes, dressing area and cosy bedding (x2 double beds and x2 single beds).

Throughout this gorgeous property, you will find a generously sized fully equipped dining kitchen complete with a utility room. The kitchen provides patio door access to the private garden. Moving along the hallway you find yourself in an intimately set living room complete with a wood burning stove. To enjoy those bright days, the living room leads onto an impressive sun room that catches the rays of the natural sunlight throughout day.

Off the large hallway, a family bathroom that includes a bath, toilet and wc and welcoming vestibule completes this stunning accommodation.

Just a stone throw away from Dunvrichtin you can find yourself in a wooded trail walk where you may stumble across local wildlife such as wild deer, squirrels, rabbits and even hedgehogs! Less than 20 mins drive you will be able to visit the Bennachie Centre and take a leisurely walk up and through the famous Bennachie hills and if you're feeling adventurous you can conquer the Mither Tap trail! For those more experienced walkers, you could try Mount Keen, Glen Esk and Sgir Gaoith.

The area bounds with many enchanting Scottish castles which are well worth a visit. These include Crathes, Drum, Dunnotar, Fyvie and the Queen's holiday home Balmoral.

Famous Whisky Trails within driving distance are Glen Garioch and Glen Fiddich where you can learn about the distilling of whisky.

On the North East Coastline you can find many quaint coastal villages such as Gardenstone, Crovie and Pennan - home to the film British comedy 'Local Hero' from the 1980s.

There are countless golf courses in the area from the links courses of Trump International and the 100 year old Royal Aberdeen to championship hosting parkland Newmachar and the local Kintore right on your door step. Those interested in fishing can go down to the River Don or in Winter this location can be used to access the ski resorts of The Lecht and Glenshee to name a few.

In the city of Aberdeen you will find an array of shops, restaurants and cinemas. This was a smart, modern house with everything that we needed. Spacious and very comfortable , accommodating three generations easily.
